The service here was terrible. The manager was rude. There was only one other vehicle in the shop, but I was made to wait 15 minutes with no one to explain this to me. Jacob, was very nice! I usually come here for my oil changes. I lease my cars! (This is new lease) The only thing I dislike is I should already be in their system but they don't go by email or phone number. I know it is a little issue but it is annoying to me! I must say I probably come off as a bitch because I don't want to have a conversation all I want is just change the oil and move on. I pulled in after finding a coupon & the first thing they do is give you a child bottle of water. All the guys are friendly & knowledgeable. I will drive here to get my oil changed from now on! Jimmy the shop manager is awesome. You need to bring your car to him every time. He's the first one to tell me about the air conditioner filter. He showed it to me & OMG it's nasty! I've been to a lot of oil change places, and sort of expect the upsell on wipers and filters. But this is the first time they've insisted on putting synthetic oil in rather than what I asked for. In fact, they said the manufacturer recommends 0-20 synthetic oil. I knew it was 5-20 (regular, not synthetic). I said I wanted 5-20. "We can only put on what the manufacturer says" I showed him the owners manual--5-20. I said "what does the cap say?" "5-20 but sometimes they switch the caps" (!). "We can only put on what the computer says." Synthetic oil is about $40 more than traditional oil. Never again. read more

I called this location and asked how much an oil change was for a 2003 ford expedition. The person I spoke to was very nice and told me the options he would have and decided that the best oil and price was for the synthetic oil and it would cost 89,00. Then she offered to send me a coupon for 10.00 so I told my son to go to this location and use the 10.00 coupon. He went said he wanted to use the coupon and get the synthetic oil for his car. I told him it would cost 79.00 plus tax with a coupon. So what could go wrong - they handed him the bill and told him it was 144.00 ?????????????????? They definitely took advantage of my son and told him they put the best oil in the car. So now they have lost 3 customers me, my wife and son. Anyone I know I would not recommend going to this location - they upgrade without asking. read more

I just left the business and thought I'd share my experience. I have a 2017 Dodge Challenger 392 and it's my baby. I normally take it to a dealership to increase the odds of nothing going wrong but I just moved to the area and the local dealership couldn't handle giving me the info I needed to make an appt so I brought it here. The staff were professional. They announce what they were doing, made sure the accounted for the 7 quarts in a systematic fashion. Then at the end another of the crew went down to confirm the plug was tight and the filter was tight. At no time was I uncomfortable with their care. Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Seminole, Florida

My car has high miles but the owner's manual specifically says that it will take SAE 5w30 oil. Yet, the location that I went to will not change my oil unless I do synthetic because of high miles and so their basic 49 dollar oil change is not an option for them to do on my car and they insist that I pay for the $79 oil change. This was my first time to visit this location and thought it would be convenient and I can stay in my car while they do my oil change. I called them ahead of time to see what the prices were and they specifically told me 49.99. there was also a $10 coupon online that they would text you. P just because my car has high miles doesn't mean I have to get synthetic oil and pay $80 for an oil change. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had my oil changed at the Seminole FL N Park Blvd. location. A few hours later I noticed a large oil spot under my car. I checked only to find the oil plug was hand tight. I called the location, and the mailbox was full. I called customer service twice and was told I would get a call back from the store. A store in NY called me. I called customer service and was hung up on twice. Finally, I got through to the store and the store hung up on me. Customer service is POOR, the tech at the location did not do his job. Service was fine but if I'm going to spend 30 minutes I would rather get out of the car and get coffee in the waiting room. 3 bays had cars when I got there, waited 5 minutes. Drive into the bay, 17 minutes before they started service. 13 minutes to have the oil changed. If there was no line maybe a place to have the oil changed. read more

There was no wait this Friday morning and I was greeted with a bottled water. I didn't need to get out of my car- super Covid friendly. They showed me what I needed to see and didn't try to upsell. Be careful with this shop. It's natural for them to up sell, but to push a $80 oil change for a low mileage vehicle borders is just wrong. The cheapest oil change they have is $50+ after all fees so take a big coupon or go somewhere else. The attendant didn't even know they don't carry regular motor oil, only synthetic blends or pure synthetic, until after they drained my oil. Stay away.... read more
