Todd gave me a bunch of attitude about fixing parts that weren't broken even though another shop had determined the alternator was broken. I asked what the problem was if it wasn't the alternator and he told me he didn't even bother to check. when i got in my car the door wasn't shut and my dome light was on, draining my battery for over four hours. when i drove away my power steering was grinding so i pulled over. when i opened the hood i noticed that the hood wasn't fully closed and the cap was off of the power steering reservoir and there was steering fluid everywhere. i took it back and they said they would clean it up but blamed my other mechanic for the problem. when they were done "fixing it" i opened the hood again and there was fluid gushing out of the car. somehow they broke the power steering pump. when they finally fixed the problem two days later i asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. i can only assume this was an attempt to cover their asses. all i got out of the experience was that they were trying to get away with the bare minimum service possible. they only time they were willing to help me was after they got caught damaging other parts of my car.

That information would have been great to lead with, but I can't imagine they'd get much business if they disclosed that at the start of the transaction. Would not select this location again. HOWEVER - they did fix my tire. $10/tire (I guess 2 had screws in them?)
