I was met with friendly "hellos" and asked how they could HELP me. After explaining my tire situation, they pulled my car into the bay, looked at my tire and told me HONESTLY the screw had fallen out of the tire, my tire was not damaged and there would be NO CHARGE! Joe, Matt, Scott and the technician TOTALLY took care of me! But more importantly, they eased my stress. They serve the customers FROM THEIR HEART. I will no longer stop at the place I was turned down at and will forever, go to Midas. I highly recommend you do the same!

I live in Granville and quite honestly had no idea there was even a place to get your car's oil changed... along with any other sort of service it might need, including body work. Now all I had experience with so far is the oil change service, but let me tell you it was fast, priced right and best of all the shop sits between Granville Market and Knuckleheads (a summertime-only ice cream/fast food stand-sort-of-deal).

never ever take your car to Abe's!…read more i took my car there to get my alternator replaced and a week later i had to take it back to replace the alternator again. a year later that alternator crapped out and i asked them to warranty it. Todd gave me a bunch of attitude about fixing parts that weren't broken even though another shop had determined the alternator was broken. I asked what the problem was if it wasn't the alternator and he told me he didn't even bother to check. when i got in my car the door wasn't shut and my dome light was on, draining my battery for over four hours. when i drove away my power steering was grinding so i pulled over. when i opened the hood i noticed that the hood wasn't fully closed and the cap was off of the power steering reservoir and there was steering fluid everywhere. i took it back and they said they would clean it up but blamed my other mechanic for the problem. when they were done "fixing it" i opened the hood again and there was fluid gushing out of the car. somehow they broke the power steering pump. when they finally fixed the problem two days later i asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. i can only assume this was an attempt to cover their asses. all i got out of the experience was that they were trying to get away with the bare minimum service possible. they only time they were willing to help me was after they got caught damaging other parts of my car.
