I could make an appointment but they working on a week and a half lead-time. I got there as soon as they opened, was the second customer in line. Took about 90 minutes for tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment. Overall satisfied with the service. Price was comparable to other places, including dealerships. Friendly staff, too. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. Every time I've been in there the guy at the desk with the tattoo on the back of his head is talking to everyone like they're stupid. My recent and last experience was when I had my car in and they found $1400 worth of things wrong with it-including control arms, brakes, rotors, etc. I got 2 second opinions and I only needed rear brakes. Complete joke of a business. They tried to pull this crap on two of my friends as well-saying their control arms were bad-one on a 2 month old vehicle. Dishonest and rude! Tire discounters did a great job mounting my tires. Just be forewarned that their appointment times don't mean much, aside from they will try to get you in next. Seems like they were backed up when I arrived so I was there for almost 3 1/2 hours. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience though and were very nice and apologetic. Great customer service! I made a same day appointment for a flat tire. They got me in and finished within an hour and half. The best part they never charged me a dime! Once they discovered the the tire was fine but had a leak around the TPS, they sealed it up and added air. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Been getting my tires hear for the past 3 years or so but won't be back. A few months back when replacing tires, I had them check my brakes because of some grinding. They told me the brakes were fine but that one of my wheel hub assemblies/bearings needed replaced as well as 1 ball joint. They said it was not urgent and that I could come back in a few months to get it done since I didn't have the money to do it all at once. A few months later, I took my car back in to be serviced. About 20 minutes later, the manager called me to let me know that my car had been misdiagnosed. They told me the wheel hub assembly was fine but that my brake pads were metal on metal and that now my rotors needed replaced. I told them I wanted to get a second estimate and he agreed. When I got to the shop, the manager was waiting for me. He told me not to come back if I was going to question their integrity and "imply" that they were trying to take advantage of me. At this point, the only thing I had said that could have been interpreted as "negative" was that I wanted a 2nd estimate. He was visibly angry and went on and on about how I was questioning their ethics. I reminded him that people get 2 and 3 estimates all the time and to not take it so personally, to which he told me he did take it personally. I thought it was all very unprofessional. I told him if that was his suggestion then I would go somewhere that appreciated my business instead. It's possible that I may not have had to replace my rotors had my brake pads been replaced the first time I asked them to check them. Also, with the brake pads being metal on metal, I was likely driving around with little to no brakes for several months, which is obviously dangerous. Instead of an apology from the store, I was harassed in front of the entire staff/lobby of customers and told not to come back for "questioning" them. The manager's response should have been, "I'm sorry that we got it wrong the first time. It was our mistake. We value you as a customer and want you to know that this doesn't reflect our normal business operations. We want to offer you a ___% discount for our mistake." In the end, I went online and purchased the parts for about $120 and with the help of some simple Youtube videos, was able to complete the repairs. They wanted over $600 so I saved over $500 by doing it myself anyways. Good customer service is hard to find these days! read more

We live in Columbus, however, we were driving through Granville when my newest driver (still using her temps) became distracted and BLEW her tire! Dad is a perfectionist when it comes to cars & my youngest hyperventilated herself into panic mode! The wonderful man who put on the donut suggested Tire Discounters might have the same brand tire. They did -- do! CJ MURPHY treated my teen with respect, actually listened, understood the complete problem and found the perfect solution. He removed the weight of the world off her shoulders and made her feel like a grown-up who knew how to solve her problems. (Thank you, CJ.) The tire looks the same, though a slightly different model of the original; it did not cost as much as we feared (daughter was able to pay for it); as full as the tire garage was, it did not take very long; and best of all - Dad has not recognize that his daughter drove distractedly. I purchased a set of Hankook tires for my Altima. I bought these because of the 100,000-mile warranty. Eventually, the right front tire developed a shimmy and a vibration. I determined this by swapping each tire with the spare until the shimmy disappeared, showing it belonged to the right front. I took the car back to tire discounters to have the tire checked. They told me that they would not honor the 100,000 mile warranty, because I had not brought the car back into them every 5000 miles for tire rotation. Even though I do most of my own work including tire rotation, that excuse was not acceptable to them. They said that they examined the tire and could not find any defect. They did not take the car for a test drive, which would have let them hear and feel the problem. I kept that set of tires for about another six months and then replace them with a set from Walmart. Those tires are perfect, and the noise and vibration shimmy is gone. read more

If you want tires go to tire discounters. If you want any other maintenance done to your vehicle stay away from them. I had an oil change, coolant exchange, wiper blades, alignment check, and a 22 point inspection done. There was coolant and oil all over my engine when they finished, my driver side front tire was 20 psi low (what tire company doesn't check tire pressure in their inspection?) my alignment was off and two days later the driver side wiper blade broke. When I left my front end was vibrating aggressively, slightly shaking, and pulling to the left, come to find out I needed a wheel bearing and torque strut brackets. I fix that but now the shaking is getting worse currently trying to figure that one out. read more
