People are quick to complain but slow to give praise. I don't want to be one of those people. The wait is never too long, 15 -20 minutes is usually the longest I wait and that's due to there being a few vehicles before me. Shane is always super friendly and I feel he goes the extra mile. The manager Shane called Nick over to the front desk where me and Jamie were standing and totally ripped into him for giving wrong information right there in front of me and Jamie and nick just kept apologizing saying he didn't know and Jamie had her head down and everyone was uncomfortable and he kept going. Dude was upset and raising his voice for like 3 minutes straight. If Shane is having a bad day maybe he should stay home. It was very unprofessional to treat his employees like that period but in front of a customer is crazy but if you're going to rip into someone for making a mistake, do it in private where there is also some sort of coaching. It was disrespectful and I won't be coming back to this location ever again. Nick and Jamie were great but Shane seems exhausting to work with, let alone work under. BUT my car does not have struts it has coil over shocks which are not leaking and relatively new. Someone not having driven for the last 50 years would probably fall for the scam. I didn't. I will not be back because the new owner doesn't have the same INTEGRETY.
