Now that it was my turn I'd like to apologize to all the folks I mislead to bring their vehicles here. Our 6 day old parked suburban was backed into in a parking lot. The persons insurance was progressive which I thought was probably gonna be hell tbh. Going back and forth between SnW saying the insurance company did not want to replace the bumper cover and the insurance company saying SnW never said it needed to be replaced that they could repair it was tiring. At the end of the day the job done was subpar at best. There is still a wave in the cover that "is repairable" the fitment it crap. The first time we were told our vehicle was ready it had trash all in the paint and fisheyes along with orange peel. Around the sensors looked like a kindergarten homework assignment. So they took it back and kept it for another week. Second time was better but can still see the wave where the repair was done and fitment is still not right. Sensor rings are better but still has issues. We was told by Steve which is the manager I think that's all he can do with what he was paid and to get the fix that I was looking for he needed a new bumper cover that progressive said no to. I talked to the insurance adjusters manager today and come to find out they over paid them by several man hours on the repair and also backed up the adjusters story that said SnW never ask for a new bumper cover. So Progressive isn't gonna pay anymore money since they over paid and SnW (according to Steve) can't do any better on the fix. So at the end of the day I get the long hard shaft of just take the 6 day old vehicle with waves in the bumper cover and trashy fitment that's all on me. Be careful where you take your vehicle or who you vouch for, cause sometimes those people don't care or don't wanna care about taking care of their customers. Which in my opinion should be 1st on the list. What happened to the days where shops take there reputation serious. SnW may do good work..... I will never know I won't come back unless it is a warranty issue on this vehicle and I will NEVER tell another soul to take their vehicle here. SnW just remember you make you own advertisement this could have been a whole different ad... do better

Our family was involved in an accident and chose to have S&W complete the repairs. Upon completion,…read moreS&W collected payment, oddly only $500, which we questioned - but were assured was the correct amount. This morning the vehicle involved was towed due to an unpaid balance, from the hospital as one of our family member was receiving Cancer treatments. The attempts to collect, according to S&W were "unsigned for / undelivered" letters and "voicemails" which they assure were left. We can confirm that when we were finally contacted (nearly 6 months after the work had been completed,) a very rude and unprofessional clerk threatened to take the issue "to the next level" if the balance was not settled - again any unpaid balance was a result of S&Ws error and was never contested on our part. There was no need for a threat, that was extremely unprofessional. In speaking to S&W moments ago, I attempted to provide all of the details, including our focus on Cancer treatment for a family member and absolutely no intent on not paying - again we were the ones who questioned the amount initally collected. It was however made crytal clear that it was our responsibility ensure correct amount had been charged and the fact that the vehicle was towed from the hospital was not their concern and the owner of S&W could not be expected to "eat the cost" of the towing fee - we however, a local working family - could. I reiterate, the unpaid balance was never contested and it was also not communicated via a confirmed communication, when finally communicated it was done so via a threat eventhough the mistake was initially S&Ws. Please think twice when choosing where to send your business. Not all local businesses operate in an ethical manner nor are concerned about the effect of their mistakes/actions on the community in which they prospered from. EDIT: We've now happily settled the oustanding initial balance and VERY reluctantly paid the towing fee - the vehicle is needed for transport to/from cancer treatments and work and S&W did not seem at all moved to even compromise on the amount. I was also told that while my story was factual, if I did not remove / change my comments that they may be forced to respond. I assume they meant respond to my post, but you can never be too safe so I've slightly modified my post and paid the balance. Be aware of where you spend your hard earned $....

I would not recommend Good Sam! Finally gave up on getting a tow thru Good Sam and called Due's. Casey towed our pickup and 5th wheel to the local Ford dealer. He helped us block our camper so it was level and towed the pickup to a spot where the mechanics could get to it. All this was at 11 pm! Thanks Casey and Due's!
