Expedient: showed up within 15 minutes of my phone call…read more Expensive: $100 bill for towing the car 5.8 miles from a residence to a tire shop. Convenient: Allowed me to pay for the towing bill at the tire shop as part of their invoice instead of paying separately for a tire and towing. Less than Thoughtful: rather than positioning the tow truck directly behind the car in the driveway when there was plenty of room to do so, the rep drove the car with a completely flat tire (basically drove on the rim) back and forth maneuvering it behind the truck. Uncommunicative: The quote was not discussed with me in advance, I was not given the option of putting the car on the flat bed so it ended up being pulled by the front 2 wheels, and before the driver moved my car behind his truck, he neglected to ask if it was alright to do so.

WORST PLACE EVER!! My son's car broke down on his way home from SFA, and we called this company…read morewhom also turned out to be an auto repair shop as well. Bill Ross is the person that I was dealing directly with towed my son's car and got him back to the school until I made it from Dallas to pick him up. Since this was on a Friday, he told me that first thing Monday he would look at the car and let me know what the diagnosis was and how much it would cost to fix it. Well as promised he called, he told me the radiator had busted, it needed a thermostat and it could use a oil change. He said no damage was done to the motor since my son had pulled over and not continued to drive. All was good until that Wednesday I received a call from the mechanic tell me it was a head and the last time he did a job like that it was around $2000.00 and that I may as well get a new motor. At this point, I am furious because had I been told this information or even of the possibility of it being the motor I would have told them not to touch the car at all. Well I told the mechanic to have the owner to give me a call because I would not be paying $893.39 because they misdiagnosed the vehicle. The owner never called me so I call him that evening, he said let him call me Friday since the next day was Thanksgiving, and he would look over the ticket and let me know. Well he called me Friday and tells me to pay him $600.00!! I said $600.00 for what, you told me one thing and now you come back and say something completely different and you expect me to pay that kind of money for a car that is not going to work or be repaired as the car was not worth the repairs at that point. He did not initially want to take the new radiator off or anything. He began to lie and say that he told me that it would be that cost if he found nothing else, which he never did, he told me there was NO DAMAGE DONE TO THE MOTOR!! He finally agreed to take off the radiator and send it back and charge me $400.00. I told him he was the professional and should have did his job thoroughly in diagnosing the car so that I can make the call whether or not I wanted to pay that amount and not come back with something else. I feel what would have been fair in this situation would have been to charge for the towing and diagnostic and he take a loss on the rest because he misdiagnosed the car so now I am out of unnecessary money. I don't know much about Nacogdoches or mechanics there, my son only goes to school so we were at the mercy of this guy and he screwed us over. This guy said they had been in business for over 60 years and I thought from our conversation that he would be a good mechanic and a fair person. I was completely wrong. Very unprofessional and did not do his job. I would never refer anyone to this company at all.
