Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. Don't use Dk roadside assistance. They will over charge you on hours just to make money the quick…read moreway. They turn one hour jobs into 4 or 5 to charge you more. They just came out for me and spent 4 hours on a one hour job and charged me $800.00 which wasn't worth it because he left and stayed gone for hours just to ring up my bill to make money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them . This is bad for business being that I'm a trucker I'm going to let all my trucker friends know what just happened to me.
