Actually if I could give them a negative number I would. We brought our car in to just have the cooling system checked charged 183.16 for the service to then be told our system was breaking down and would have to replace the compressor and condenser and the system from then didn't blow anything but warm air after they serviced it . We took it to our mechanic we trust in broaddus only to discover there was nothing wrong with our system other than Greece monkey over charged the system with coolant shutting the system down. ​ read more

They used to be good when the previous manager Austin was there, but since this new manager Pete came in it's gone to shit. They may be able to do an oil change but they can't seem to do cashier stuff at all. Sent my girl to get an oil change and they double charged her and instead of just letting the charge go through and giving cash back to immediately fix the problem (like we used to when I worked there under Austin) they just say sorry and there's nothing they can do. Dude doesn't seem to have his people trained either since all they say is "I don't know" about most things. Probably would have given a slightly better review if Pete just fixed the problem and acted like he cared about his customers. But now I can't pay my bill because of his mess up. My advice, don't go to this timberland location if you are going to go to a grease monkey. Go to first street, they have a manager named Corey who knows how to do the job right and cares about his customers. read more

I called today to make sure the business was open during the whole Corona lockdown. They were. I drove there to find three employees sitting in the garage. One slowly saunters out to my truck, plops his crossed arms on to my window sill and just looks at me through his shades. I said, I need an oil change. He answers, ok, nothings else. You do those, right? was my reply. Uh, just an oil change? Yes, do you want me to pull in? He told me that I could remain in the truck but he would have to drive it in, it was against safety regs for me to drive inside there shop. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I drive up for an oil change and the service person with an obvious attitude informs me that there is another car before me and says "we'll get to you when we can". The tone and facial expressions made it very obvious that he was not happy that a customer had driven up. I took my 2011 charger 5.7 hemi mopar limited edition in on November 2 2021 I asked for full synthetic oil witch is the oil I've been using since I purchased the car in 2011 and they put synthetic blend everything was ok until I got to Houston and my engine was knocking I pulled over to the gas station checked my oil dip stick and I was 2 quarts short of oil my vehicle calls for 7 quarts of oil and they only put 5 I made it back to lufkin with my check engine light flashing and engine knocking went back to grease Monkey immediately and the assistant manager was just like put Lucas in your engine it should stop the noise and the lady manager told me she seen cars run with one quart of oil before and nothing happen I would not recommend this place to nobody everyone in there looks strung out on drugs and will vape while working on your car they denied my engine replacement now I'm without a car my engine is a total loss read more
