Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Terrence, we were able to get back on the road safely and without delay. Don't use Dk roadside assistance. They will over charge you on hours just to make money the quick…read moreway. They turn one hour jobs into 4 or 5 to charge you more. They just came out for me and spent 4 hours on a one hour job and charged me $800.00 which wasn't worth it because he left and stayed gone for hours just to ring up my bill to make money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them . This is bad for business being that I'm a trucker I'm going to let all my trucker friends know what just happened to me.

Convenient: Allowed me to pay for the towing bill at the tire shop as part of their invoice instead of paying separately for a tire and towing. Less than Thoughtful: rather than positioning the tow truck directly behind the car in the driveway when there was plenty of room to do so, the rep drove the car with a completely flat tire (basically drove on the rim) back and forth maneuvering it behind the truck. Uncommunicative: The quote was not discussed with me in advance, I was not given the option of putting the car on the flat bed so it ended up being pulled by the front 2 wheels, and before the driver moved my car behind his truck, he neglected to ask if it was alright to do so.

He went out there and basically ripped off everything he just did and then set my car down on my $900 rim and tried to say he didn't work on it, But I have him or whoever on the phone admitting to it on recording. I was also charged two extra days. I was told if I had a problem with it I could take him to small claims court and that's exactly what I'm doing I recorded every interaction.
