When it was determined that one of the tires did not pop but the rim was cracked. They began calling all the nearby stores and friends to see if they could find a replacement rim. They even began calling friends and locals to see if they could drive me the rest of the way to Houston. My 3rd Toyota is a FJ Cruiser. Most mechanics dont even want to touch it. The exhaust shop in Palestine did more damage than repairs. 5R replaced the entire exhaust for the same price as the other shops "repairs". I'm waiting for my tax return to have them put on a lift kit. The ladies at the desk seem more knowledgeable than the "mechanics" at Palestine Toyota

My wife and I were passing through Buffalo, TX on our way from Houston to Dallas when the AC in our car suddenly stopped working. I was worried that there was a major problem with the car, but it was nearing 6PM when I stopped at a gas station to inquire about the availability of 24 hour auto repair services nearby. The gas station directed me to 5R Tire & Services. 5R Tire & Services looked at my car immediately; diagnosed that the problem was related solely to the AC and that my car was safe to drive for the rest of my trip. They knew that they did not have the parts to fix my car, so they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. The young men who helped me were expert and honest. I can't say enough about how well they treated us. And that fact that they were available immediately got us back on the road in no time.
