Then they said it would be a wait because they didn't have my air filter in stock. No problem. They park my car in the parking lot. A runner shows up with my air filter. I stand by and watch while he smokes a disgusting cigarette and changes my air filter. I watch him pull out my PERFECTLY CLEAN filter to replace it with this new filter that I needed. The filter they pulled out of my car WAS NOT the one I was shown previously. Now I don't know what kind of business you're running where you think because I'm a woman you can pull some wool over my eyes, but shame on you. Shame on your business. Customers trust you. There were only 4 vehicles there during that hour, one with a filter they didn't have, and one turned away. They seemed a little disheartened about the fact that there was another vehicle in line but offered me a water while I waited. They tried to be as nice as they could about the whole thing but didn't even have the premium oil that they advertise. I felt that they were like a waiter serving someone with a horrible cook behind them. They washed my window after the service which I'm sure is a normal perk but I felt it was an apology wipe and wanted to tell him it was ok and ask to stop. Time is money ! They put 27540R20 tires on the right side of my truck and then 275/45R20 on the left side which I thought was pretty dumb. and also they did something to where my reverse lights will not turn off at all.
