I was in with a 2006 Ford escape that another place said I needed six plugs and six coils. Dad's found all the calls were found, but found a fuel injector that needed to be replaced. They did a very thorough job at a very fair price. They also did a rear brake job the previous place that I need a caliper, but I don't. I'll definitely come back.

They are ok with small repairs, my daughters motor mount ect. but not so great with large repairs…read more( timing chains etc. took my Tundra there for timing chain tensioners, at an estimate of $1,700.00. Dropped truck off on a Thursday the 6th. Supposed to get it back on Monday the 10th. Actually got it back on Saturday the 22nd after many calls saying we are almost there. They never called me for anything else found they just repaired it at a cost of $1300.00 more! Never consulted with me if I could afford this or not !! I had to dig deep into savings for this even though I hated to do it. I would have appreciated a consult before the repair. It's scary to think what would have happened if I couldn't pay the extra money. They would have kept my vehicle so on and so fourth. To add insult to injury my truck sounds worse now than it did when I took it in. Drive to Toyota and the timing is way off! Made an appointment with Toyota to remedy timing. And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost? Keep my truck for two weeks again. Would they find a whole slew of other things to throw money at? Never called me the first time why would they call me this time.

Had the car towed and repair was done very quickly and about the price that was quoted.

BAD REVIEW: This body shop was recommended to me by local shop. When I first contacted Joe…read morePatterson at Auglaize Auto Body in Wapakoneta I was very excited about getting our 1979 VW Super Beetle to him. He gave us a reasonable price to fix up our car. When we dropped off the car on April 8, 2018 his estimate to complete was 21 days. We paid $2752.50 which is 1/2 the cost for the deposit. I would call every so often to see how it was going on my car. Sometimes he would respond, but most times not. After some time went by I realized he was lying to me. I put in pictures to show the quality of work he does or does not do. I finally get the car back from him and I can not open the trunk and missing multiple parts. I also have a huge dent in the passenger door that was not there when I dropped it off to the shop. I would not take anything to this shop to be worked on. Did I mention Joe had this vehicle for almost two years. I got it back March 30, 2020. You would think working on someone's car for that long the quality of work would be impeccable. You can see for yourself that it is horrible.

I wanted an SUV because it's easier to deal with the winter weather and also needed the trunk space for both shopping trips and whenever I needed to put in my families bags for vacations. I came to Tom Ahl because a couple of friends recommended that I go here. The car shopping experience was unexceptional. I just didn't feel like the salesman was that interested in selling me a vehicle or making a deal. I wanted a new car and was shown a several year old buick. The price was rather high for that. I just wasn't feeling it and went to another dealership nearby and bought a new suv. I got to say I was a bit disappointed.

The upfront information, access to the Carfax and multiple detailed photos of the vehicle drew us in. After calling to see when we could see the car in person, Kerry set up a time to meet us closer to where we live (which saved us hours on the road!) We were able to test drive the car and get more information in person. Kerry gave us his direct number and stayed in contact with us over the next couple of days as we made our decision. He answered all our questions quickly and honestly. Once we decided to purchase the car, Kerry made the buying process SO EASY. He helped us with financing options, title and our trade in - all over the phone. When we came to pick up the car, he had everything ready for us. The entire transaction was so smooth! Would definitely recommend Rino's to anyone looking for an honest dealer with great customer service!
