I just want to start by saying that the staff in the shop were very nice and treated me well. I dropped it off at 5:00 or so on Friday night and was told that they should be able to get it taken apart that night and then fixed hopefully first thing the next morning. I understand that things happen and you can never be sure how quickly things will be fixed, but I just feel like I was lied to a little bit. I was told initially it would be done around 10:00, then 10:30, then 11:00 the next day. I ended up actually leaving at 12:00 so in total, I think it took about five hours between the two days when I was told it would be about two hours basically. The technician did a good job with the work, but I just didn't like being lied to about the timing of it all. I would probably not recommend coming here for the more intricate jobs in my opinion but they seem to run things well and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
