Dropped truck off on a Thursday the 6th. Supposed to get it back on Monday the 10th. Actually got it back on Saturday the 22nd after many calls saying we are almost there.They never called me for anything else found they just repaired it at a cost of $1300.00 more! Never consulted with me if I could afford this or not !! I had to dig deep into savings for this even though I hated to do it. I would have appreciated a consult before the repair. It's scary to think what would have happened if I couldn't pay the extra money. They would have kept my vehicle so on and so fourth. To add insult to injury my truck sounds worse now than it did when I took it in. Drive to Toyota and the timing is way off! Made an appointment with Toyota to remedy timing. And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost? Keep my truck for two weeks again. Would they find a whole slew of other things to throw money at? Never called me the first time why would they call me this time.

We looked at some used vehicles and some new ones before making a decision about what we wanted, and even after the sale he was inviting us back if we had any questions or concerns. In the closing process, they asked questions about whether we wanted the rustproofing or other add-ons that are frequently pushed hard by dealerships, but again there was no pressure here. This vehicle is constantly being serviced. Glad I was pressured to buy the warranty however there is a $200 deductible for each service. In addition, you may have major problems going on with the vehicle however the service department is always 2-3 weeks out. I thought I was purchasing a reliable vehicle for my daughter at a reputable dealership however I as wrong. At 11am I called to inquire about installation of a remote car starter that I bought myself and…read morethey said yes, we can do it, in fact bring it in today, so I set up an appointment for 1pm that same day. I dropped the vehicle and remote starter off at 12:55pm and gave them my cell phone number and they told me it would take about an hour and they would call me when its ready. After not hearing from them for 2 hours and since my home was an hour away and I was tired of just hanging out in town, I stopped back by their shop and they said they were just starting on it because they had 2 emergencies come in. What possible emergencies at an auto sound shop, I don't know, but anyhow I waited. Overall it took 3-1/2 hrs to get the 1 hour job done, but they did a good job and were friendly about it. They also charged me $50 over the quoted install price $285 total including labor, bypass module, and wiring harness, plus I bought the remote starter myself so I had a total of almost $400 in this experience, a lot more than their advertised $140 remote car starters - installed on the front of the shop. 3 stars averages out for friendly and good service, vs misleading pricing and putting 2 walk in customers in front of my scheduled appointment. I think thats a pretty fair review.
