So I knew emediatly that this man was no mechanice because he didn't know basic physics of smoke and he would not listen to his customer's explaination that the car just sat in the barn for 9 months. It was just a little dust and debris from sitting no fire just a little smoke from a hot exhaust manifold. Anyhow I will never go back so they just lost my next 66 oil changes by being stupid. These guys are honest, don't do unnecessary "fixes" and will take care of you. Both me and my husband have had our cars worked on here, as he owns a Dodge and I own a Chrysler. We were getting his tuned up before heading to Florida a few years ago, and they found some big enough problems to cause us concerns, but knew we had a vacation planned and offered us a vehicle to drive down there if we wanted. Like who even mentions that without us throwing a fit?! These guys. They will help you fight warranty issues too if they exist. I've had some pretty crazy issues withy vehicle, one of which we still haven't found the issue for. They have never not called me to go over literally every option. And give me pricing on every single different type of issue that may come up. They've helped me bypass minor issues that aren't worth the cost of actually fixing in previous cars as well. Like a heater coil that's not needed in summer until I can get the funds. They're pretty good at calling you back and answering every stupid dumb girl question I can ask lol. All in all they're a pretty stellar group of guys who actually want to help.

I feel he is honest and fair. On one occasion I went to Tomlinson's for a second opinion due to a major dealership said I needed a $1,600 part replaced. Greg did a diagnostic testing and determined that the $1,600 repair was not needed. In fact, that was over three years ago and the vehicle runs great and the part never replaced.
