4 new tires, installed incorrectly causing shake and shimmy...closed by the time I got to a speed over 30 and noticed. Will be without vehicle 2 days, can't drive like this, unsafe and may damage my car. Out over $1,000 dollars and no transportation. Will be waiting at their door Monday morning. Not Happy read more

Lucky to get that bought a complete set of tires from them in 2016 have less than 10000 miles on them picked up a screw in the tread went there to have it repaired and was told would need new tire for $149 plus tax..never tried to repair never even pulled it in..was totally rude about it. Went to Discount Tire they not only repaired the tire but in order to gain our business charged nothing. Will never set foot near Good Year again. read more

I was on my way from Michigan to Ohio with 4 horses on my trailer. I had a major problem with my trailer tire. It was a 90 degree day and the staff was amazing. They brought out huge fans for the horses, they had to drive to pick up parts, and worked as fast as possible and did an amazing job. They worked non stop for 4 hours and got me back on the road. I was traveling thru Ohio, had low tire pressure light come on. Stopped by this Goodyear store and asked if he would look at it, this was 9 AM. He told me he would try to get to it later in the afternoon, explained I was traveling thru, didn`t matter to him. I went on to the Best One store where the gentleman took it in and had the tire repaired and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I will never buy another Goodyear tire. read more

Will never spend another penny on Goodyear. I always ran Goodyear tires and had them do my alignments until I came to this location. Drop a perfectly good running car off and get back one that stalled multiple times before even leaving the parking lot. The miss was due to a faulty ignition coil but there's no excuse for the dent in my converter and my exhaust hanging on the ground. The reply I get from corporate Goodyear "sorry we are unable to help you due to custom modifications to your exhaust and the exhaust hanging lower then what it's suppose to". For one it doesn't matter if my exhaust is stock or custom, if you damage it, you should replace it. For two why do you think I'm complaining? Probably because my exhaust wasn't almost on the ground when I dropped it off and it definitely wasn't loud. I cannot believe a service manager even let my vehicle leave in the condition it did. Best part is they never even offered to fix the issues or even give me a quote. Why wouldn't a garage want to make some money off a customers car? Very disappointed in the service I received starting at the store all the way up to corporate Goodyear. I highly recommend avoiding this shop. read more

Had a flat tire and took it off the car and took it to Goodyear to ask if they could repair it. The first words out of the service manager's mouth were: Do you have an appointment? Like I would plan to have a flat tire. I told him if he could not fix it because it was too old (13years) I would purchase a hole set. His response was because I did not have an appointment he could not help me. I left because for a service center he was not offering any service. I went to the Discount Tire Store at Kibby and Metcalf where they discovered a failed/leaking valve stem and they fixed it in 10 minutes. So Goodyear has a management problem at this store and no service ethic in my opinion. read more

I went here for a slow leak in my tire because google review was very good. I did not make an appointment through the internet but I called. When I got there, a staff couldn't find my appointment. A person who took my call said "I just told her to come in". They tried to figure out why my tire was leaking and ended up taking the whole thing apart so the whole process took about 2 hours or so. My car is 2006 and they found out the rim where it touches the rubber were corroded. They cleaned it and sealed it and they said goodyear do not charge for tire leak repairs... costing me... zero dollars :S read more

Awesome service! I was just passing thru while traveling. Had an issue with my tire and ended up needing a new tire. I got there about 15 min before they closed. They put the new tires on and even changed my oil which was overdue. They stayed late to do it and were still super friendly. read more
