Aliyssa was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. She sent detailed walk-around videos of the vehicle and even took the time to send additional videos when I asked about specific features--something I really appreciated since I was initially handling everything remotely. At the same time, Gabe was just as incredible on the financing side. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything without any pressure. He made sure I understood all of my options, especially when it came to warranties, and I never once felt rushed or pushed into anything. That level of transparency made a huge difference. At one point, I was planning to have the vehicle shipped, so we completed almost everything online and over the phone--and it was completely seamless thanks to both of them working together. The best part of all--and something I will never forget--is when I decided last minute to drive four hours to pick up the vehicle myself. Not only were they accommodating, but they BOTH stayed past business hours and waited for me just so I could take my new car home that same day. When I first contacted Joe…read morePatterson at Auglaize Auto Body in Wapakoneta I was very excited about getting our 1979 VW Super Beetle to him. He gave us a reasonable price to fix up our car. When we dropped off the car on April 8, 2018 his estimate to complete was 21 days. We paid $2752.50 which is 1/2 the cost for the deposit. I would call every so often to see how it was going on my car. Sometimes he would respond, but most times not. After some time went by I realized he was lying to me. I put in pictures to show the quality of work he does or does not do. I finally get the car back from him and I can not open the trunk and missing multiple parts. I also have a huge dent in the passenger door that was not there when I dropped it off to the shop. I would not take anything to this shop to be worked on. Did I mention Joe had this vehicle for almost two years. I got it back March 30, 2020. You would think working on someone's car for that long the quality of work would be impeccable. You can see for yourself that it is horrible.

Upon returning from a test drive, I sat and waited for my salesman to become available. Not once did any of the other salespeople come and ask if they could help me. They could have easily helped in showing me other vehicles. After waiting for 25 minutes, someone brought out 3 or 4 pies. The salespeople and others from the offices came dashing to the location of the pies. At that point I left. My salesman called later to apologize.
