I was in with a 2006 Ford escape that another place said I needed six plugs and six coils. Dad's found all the calls were found, but found a fuel injector that needed to be replaced. They did a very thorough job at a very fair price. They also did a rear brake job the previous place that I need a caliper, but I don't. I'll definitely come back.

They are ok with small repairs, my daughters motor mount ect. but not so great with large repairs…read more( timing chains etc. took my Tundra there for timing chain tensioners, at an estimate of $1,700.00. Dropped truck off on a Thursday the 6th. Supposed to get it back on Monday the 10th. Actually got it back on Saturday the 22nd after many calls saying we are almost there. They never called me for anything else found they just repaired it at a cost of $1300.00 more! Never consulted with me if I could afford this or not !! I had to dig deep into savings for this even though I hated to do it. I would have appreciated a consult before the repair. It's scary to think what would have happened if I couldn't pay the extra money. They would have kept my vehicle so on and so fourth. To add insult to injury my truck sounds worse now than it did when I took it in. Drive to Toyota and the timing is way off! Made an appointment with Toyota to remedy timing. And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost? Keep my truck for two weeks again. Would they find a whole slew of other things to throw money at? Never called me the first time why would they call me this time.

Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. My vehicle was making a whining…read morenoise. They had my vehicle for about two days. They called me and told me that the power steering pump is bad on the car and mind you I had already replaced that part two other times prior to this within the last six months. It sounded different this time and I had a really hard time believing that's what it was but they were convinced that's what it was so they said they would fix it, charged me 130 some dollars only because it was under warranty still so I could get the part for free where I had already bought it from. Said they flushed the lines for me to make sure all the fluid was out and changed. Told me that I might need my rack and pinion replaced but they weren't sure because you can't tell. I asked him about how much that would cost, he shrugged and said I don't know expensive. Said he would have to make phone calls and everything to figure that out but didn't offer to do it for me. This man looked me directly in my face and told me when he fixed it that took care of your whining problem but I'm not sure if your rack and pinion needs replaced or not you'll have to wait and see. I started my car and it's making the exact same noise in the exact same pitch the exact same way as when I brought it in the first day. They literally fixed nothing charged me money to replace the part that didn't need replaced, robbed me literally. I had my dad called him to talk to them because he knows more about vehicles than I do and he told him that it wasn't making any noise when I left so if it started, it started after I left there. Which is a crock of bullshit. These fucking places get away with legal theft and it's not okay. I am taking it to an actual dealership service center so they can actually tell me what's wrong with it. When it comes back that was never the problem I will be revisiting this situation.
