This has been reported on all Veteran pages local, to Veteran Affairs, as well as BBB. If they damage your car, they will deny responsibility 100%. On March 16th I had my jeep towed by big daddy's through AAA because I lost my keys. I have videos of my vehicle being loaded on the towtruck backwards, they said they would drop off at my house with no issue. Told me they'd reconnect my battery and put my vehicle back into park by the linkage. When I got home Sunday it was rainy so I stayed in, Monday morning I went to get into my vehicle and the passenger side lid to my wrangler was missing. I called Big daddy's and asked them and they asked the driver and the driver said he didn't notice. That's because when it was returned to my house he didn't connect the linkage or the battery and left. He dumped my vehicle and left. AAA put a claim in and big daddy's denied it saying I didn't have burden of proof. They know they did it. It caught wind during transfer and hooked in under the lid while it was going backwards cause it's not like the front that is curved for wind break and it flew off. They were so rude about it. They did not do what they were supposed to and then denied all responsibility. I am a 100% disabled veteran, retired medically for PTSD. I have 3 small children and I am a single mom with a mortgage. I do not have any family here as I only moved here 2 years ago. I just had my colon removed due to colon cancer is January. My life is hard enough as it is for grown men to not take responsibility for their actions. That lid to be replaced is $1800. Since the lid has been lost, a cat had a litter of babies in my back seat and ate half of their bodies and my stereo was ruined by rain. I have had to cancel appointments for my trauma therapy, I've been secluded to my house due to the rain and cold. Tell me why I'd do that to myself on purpose? Would you want to clean up kitten guts off of your leather seats that slid down behind and caused your financed vehicle to smell like dead animal? Probably not. I didn't lose the lid myself, Big daddy's towing did and I would highly suggest you do not use this company because if they mess up, they will not take responsibility for it. A company should have integrity and this company does not. Disgusting. read more

I can't thank Big Daddy's Towing for saving us from our first winter blizzard. After a drive up from TN and tire issues, we knew we had to track weather via radar. We also made it to our hotel before we ended up in the ditch. I called AAA, who would only pull us out. I let them know we are not in a safe place and would not be able to continue driving. AAA was not helpful and said to call back next time we end up in the ditch. Well, we ended up in another ditch again. This time I called Big Daddy's Towing. Life freaking saver. We requested a flatbed and got a flatbed. The dispatcher was so nice along with the drivers. We had a bit of a wait, but we were safe. The dispatcher let us know since there were so many accidents. I had to call to provided updates on our location. The dispatcher provided hotel recommendations and wanted to make sure we were ok. We paid out of pocket and they were soooooo reasonable. I hate when people take advantage of people in a bad situation. These people just wanted to help. Freaking 20 stars to this company! read more

Starter went out on the car so I called Big Daddy's because they have a great reputation. I was out of town and they told me the time the driver should arrive and he was right on time. He tried several things to get it started but without luck. He pulled it up on a flat bed, took it to my house and asked which side of the garage I wanted it in, that was a surprise, and he worked very hard to get it in (I changed the starter myself) I thought the tow cost was very reasonable and will use them again if needed read more

Big Daddy's Towing is the bomb. Broke down just off I75 south of Lima. Electrical problem that required a tow. The driver Richard went above and beyond finding a service center near a hotel. This happened on a Sunday night so knew we would have to spend the night. Richard dropped luggage and my coworker at hotel and took me to the service center. He made sure it was walking distance for me in the morning. After dropping my vehicle off he gave me a lift back to hotel. Made a very trying situation bearable. Would highly recommend this company and especially Richard to family and friends. read more

got a battery online says 6 year warranty the paper work does not even have any information or a warranty so if u buy a battery and have a problem they dont care they sell it put it on your car and act like good luck see ya. thats not right read more

Big Daddy's Towing, specifically Dustin, helped my husband and myself out of a jam which happened within one hour of his surgery! We were in Lima for an outpatient surgery and when I came out to get the car to pick my husband up at the door, the car was dead. The first people we called were Big Daddy's because they were open after five pm. Dustin came within five minutes and he and his buddy worked like crazy to help us. Dustin ended having to tow us 40 minutes back home and he chatted with us like a true professional. Their rates are fantastic and their knowledge immense!! read more

This business is phenomenal! They helped us out on a Saturday afternoon- stranded on 75, trailering a boat, with 2 little kids and a dog, over 100 miles from home. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond our expectations. The owner drove my husband to get some dinner while we were waiting. They were very quick to come to our rescue right after we broke down. read more
