There was a dent in the side door panel that was not there when we left our car with them .... not a big deal bc we are replacing that trim piece anyways. not pleased with the job overall

John and Greg (and the others there) were all about helping me make the right decision, answering all my questions and concerns and just making a normally-stressful situation anything but. Once I showed some interest in the car by telephone, they sent dozens of photos of the entire car, including blemishes. Even though I completed the purchase onsite, the photos sent to me ahead of time provided a very accurate understanding of the excellent condition of this car. After the sale they continued to provide excellent and professional service that culminated in shipping the car to California and later sending the Ohio title when it became available. In the automobile business I'm not sure it gets any better than this. See the photos I have posted. I just completed a 6600+ mile coast-to-coast trip in this car and had no problems.

When we dropped off the car on April 8, 2018 his estimate to complete was 21 days. We paid $2752.50 which is 1/2 the cost for the deposit. I would call every so often to see how it was going on my car. Sometimes he would respond, but most times not. After some time went by I realized he was lying to me. I put in pictures to show the quality of work he does or does not do. I finally get the car back from him and I can not open the trunk and missing multiple parts. I also have a huge dent in the passenger door that was not there when I dropped it off to the shop. I would not take anything to this shop to be worked on. Did I mention Joe had this vehicle for almost two years. I got it back March 30, 2020. You would think working on someone's car for that long the quality of work would be impeccable. You can see for yourself that it is horrible.

I told him there was no rust on the door and I didn't want a rusty door to replace ours. When I went to check on the car, I was told they ordered another door, the one the adjuster got was junk. I am glad they stood up for us and am happy with the workmanship. I could only be happier if we hadn't been backed into at all!
