They called me and told me that the power steering pump is bad on the car and mind you I had already replaced that part two other times prior to this within the last six months. It sounded different this time and I had a really hard time believing that's what it was but they were convinced that's what it was so they said they would fix it, charged me 130 some dollars only because it was under warranty still so I could get the part for free where I had already bought it from. Said they flushed the lines for me to make sure all the fluid was out and changed. Told me that I might need my rack and pinion replaced but they weren't sure because you can't tell. I asked him about how much that would cost, he shrugged and said I don't know expensive. Said he would have to make phone calls and everything to figure that out but didn't offer to do it for me. This man looked me directly in my face and told me when he fixed it that took care of your whining problem but I'm not sure if your rack and pinion needs replaced or not you'll have to wait and see. I started my car and it's making the exact same noise in the exact same pitch the exact same way as when I brought it in the first day. They literally fixed nothing charged me money to replace the part that didn't need replaced, robbed me literally. I had my dad called him to talk to them because he knows more about vehicles than I do and he told him that it wasn't making any noise when I left so if it started, it started after I left there. Which is a crock of bullshit. These fucking places get away with legal theft and it's not okay. I am taking it to an actual dealership service center so they can actually tell me what's wrong with it. When it comes back that was never the problem I will be revisiting this situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED!

Service itself is certified, courteous, cheerful, and competent. Prices don't seem to be out of line to us. They are less expensive than dealers' service shops in Bellefontaine or Lima, anyway. Sometimes, mechanics have a little more familiarity with GM or Ford vehicles than Chryslers. These guys LOVE 'em. Of course, this area being de facto Honda Capital of the World, they're great with Hondas and other imports. Our sons have had a Honda and a Hyundai in there and were happy with results. I can't say you can never go wrong with *any* business. What I can say is that we never have yet with Leonards' Garage.

When we dropped off the car on April 8, 2018 his estimate to complete was 21 days. We paid $2752.50 which is 1/2 the cost for the deposit. I would call every so often to see how it was going on my car. Sometimes he would respond, but most times not. After some time went by I realized he was lying to me. I put in pictures to show the quality of work he does or does not do. I finally get the car back from him and I can not open the trunk and missing multiple parts. I also have a huge dent in the passenger door that was not there when I dropped it off to the shop. I would not take anything to this shop to be worked on. Did I mention Joe had this vehicle for almost two years. I got it back March 30, 2020. You would think working on someone's car for that long the quality of work would be impeccable. It took the about 6 hours to repair the dents and repaint the hood and it looks as good as new. Perfect work and polite group of guys.
