The service guy at the counter asked if I wanted a new air filter and wiper blades and quoted me a price range for both. I agreed as I needed both and he checked them off on his little tablet. I gave him my keys and he gave me a receipt tag and I left. 25 minutes later I got a text that my car was ready. Picked it up and wanted at the counter for 22 minutes before an attendant even showed up. Finally a 2nd guy showed up Im guessing after his lunch break. When they rang up my total it was only $52 so I knew then they just did the oil change and none of the other items that I requested. I was late for an appointment so couldn't stay and question it. An hour later I looked at my bill in detail and saw where the technician noted that the didn't replace the oil filter because they didn't have that model in house???!!! So they drained my oil, added 6 quarts with a dirty oil filter and charged me for a full oil change! I tried calling 4 times since then and the phone just rings. Ridiculous way to run a business.

The job is always finished in a lot less time than quoted. I feel comfortable that things were done right when I leave. I would like to use a dealership or locally owned business but have been ripped off too many times. And the price? More than fair, I saved $15 per tire for a comparable set.

I asked several times about my car and was simply waved off and told " just a little longer now", until my 21 yr old son came to follow me home round 4 and was told everything nessasary.

BP colors their gas handles green and i made the terrible mistake of adding gas to our diesel truck. $&@#%. We had truck towed to Aamco and Friday AM i called them. They were all booked up with their regular customers, which i highly respect. They were closed on the weekend but first thing Monday AM they put a technician on our truck and completed the work that day. They had to drop the tank and clean it out and dry. We have an auxiliary tank that feeds into the main tank and the technician hooked everything up perfectly. We picked up our truck Monday before closing and the truck ran great. A big shout out to Mike, who was the person we communicated with. Very professional. I don't know the name of the technician or the manager. A big shout out to ALL!!!! Last two times, the windows were all left with streaks etc. To avoid that issue this time I chose not to have the interior done. This time I had spots where the machine missed and so did the worker. The tire dressing showed no shine at all. The overall look of the vehicle looked dull. Previous visits produced a shiny vehicle. The two clothes that were used for wipe down were dirty. To top it off this car wash took an unbelievable long time and it wasn't that busy. Only having two workers didn't help. Certainly no value here since their pricing is high. I won't be coming back that's for sure.

This experience was amazing! Even though I came on a Saturday and expected it to be busier than…read morenormal they were very well organized and quick. When I first pulled up, there were two other cars waiting and within one minute, the staff started opening up more bays. I was nervous about pulling into the bay, but they directed me without making me feel stupid. Someone changed my oil while somebody else inflated my tires and a third person came and answered my questions and a fourth person came and gave me a new mileage sticker. They were very well organized and efficient and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. This will definitely be my mechanic from now on.
