This experience was amazing! Even though I came on a Saturday and expected it to be busier than normal they were very well organized and quick. When I first pulled up, there were two other cars waiting and within one minute, the staff started opening up more bays. I was nervous about pulling into the bay, but they directed me without making me feel stupid. Someone changed my oil while somebody else inflated my tires and a third person came and answered my questions and a fourth person came and gave me a new mileage sticker. They were very well organized and efficient and friendly and their prices are very reasonable. This will definitely be my mechanic from now on. read more

I have an older model Mercedes CLE and have a hard time finding anyone to work on it except the dealer. National Pitstop does Mercedes , got new brakes and rotors. I had a horrible experience at this shop. I came in for a coolant leak and not only did they charge me $900 for a radiator, but the car was in worse condition than when I brought it in. They tried to charge me $1200 for more work. When I came back inquiring about the the leak, Ty Whitmore, one of the owners, literally yelled at me in the lobby of the shop. I have never been treated so unprofessionally before. He was extremely condescending and rude. I advise everyone to choose a different shop for your car issues. "Go somewhere else we are super busy and very expensive" what to a treat long time customer! I've been going to this shop for years to have my oil changed. i needed to get some other fluids changed. I called at the girl gave me a price but they couldn't get to it because they were having the asphalt parking lot done. i called today and a man possibly the owner said that price was not accurate that I would need an estimate and that hourly rates are over 100 $ and they had to find out the kind of fluid....what kind of bill shit it that. when I asked what a ball park estimate was he told me to go somewhere else that they were super busy and very expensive read more

They put my bumper piece on backwards which is 8 bolts he wants me to leave the jeep for 5min job and argue with me for their wrong every one I know went there say they over price you and you end up bringing vehicle back just not good mechanics I had to go to patriot Garage LLC listen less money better mechanics you'll notice that think me later. read more

I have used this company in the past and based on a recent incident with my daughter, I would give this place ZERO stars if I was able. This company did an oil & filter change on her 2023 KIA. They were negligent in not installing a ring/seal correctly which resulted in her car loosing all the oil and burning up the engine. They did file a claim with their insurance company but rather than just replace the engine the insurance company totaled the car which resulted in my daughter being put in a negative financial situation. The settlement did not reimburse her for the $7K she initially put down on the car nor was she "made whole" by not being reimbursed for one year of car payments she had previously paid. She talked to the owner of this business and explained her situation to see if he would have some empathy for the financial dilemma his business and his insurance company put her in. She just wanted some financial help from him since the insurance payment won't "make her whole" because now she has practically nothing to put down on buying a replacement car. He refused to help her. Please keep this in mind if you choose to take your car to his business. Who can't perform a simple oil & filter change without it resulting in burning up an engine? I could and did oil & filter changes myself starting when I was 15 years old and didn't cause any engines to burn up. Being new to an area and looking for a good shop can be intimidating, but I found a great place on my first try with these guys. They're honest, thorough, and their prices are fair. Sometimes with shops you can get the distinct impression you're being taken advantage of, especially as a woman, but not here. They explained everything they were doing and the quote they gave for the work didn't deviate from the final charge. I've taken my car to them twice now and they've earned a long-term customer. They're in the process of expanding too so soon they'll be able to handle more business. If your car needs work take it to Pit Stop and you won't be disappointed. read more

They never clean up after themselves. I have had multiple oil puddles in my driveway after their services. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to no avail. Another oily mess they've left. My oil filter was loose as well as my plug. Save yourself the mess and hassle. read more

They have been the only ones to change my oil since I have had my van ( four years). Last time I took it in for a oil change they told me the oil plug is bad and wanted to charge me for a new one and maybe tap out the thread in the oil pan. I looked at the old drain plug and it had been cross threaded or over tightened. Since they are the only ones that have had the plug out since I have owned the van, the damage had to occur the last time they changed the oil . Will not take my van back again! read more
