Due to the recent flooding in Dona Ana, a piece of my car (not really a necessary shield) was hanging down, and they fixed it for me! Quickly and efficiently. They were helpful, polite, gave me a refreshing water, and cleaned my window. Top marks for these kind individuals!!

I took my car for an oil change and the service was absolutely amazing! The did a full once over on…read moremy car, oil change, checked air filter and everything! Everyone was incredibly nice and informative no complaints there. When I had left the shop my car had a problem where it wouldn't go anymore. It was fully in limp mode. It would start and run but the gas wouldn't rev the engine or anything. I only made it like 150-200ft from the shop. Two very nice construction guys helped me push it out of the way. Anyway, I walked back up to the shop and explained the issue. The staff were very responsive and kind about the situation even though I was visibly frustrated but trying to keep my composure. They immediately jumped under the hood trying to find the issue. We got my car back into the bay and they spent some more time to find out what was wrong. It's still a complete mystery I guess but they replaced my air filter and that seemed to fix the problem (my current one was still good which is why it's a mystery) My car is perfectly fine now there was nothing damaged and they did refund my service for the inconvenience which I did appreciate. The staff handled the entire situation professionally and efficiently so I really don't have anything negative to say about the experience. Things like this happen sometimes but the way it's handled is what really matters.

Apparently you can no longer stay in your vehicle during your oil change which was a downer for me,…read morebut I get it. From the person who welcomed me to the person who checked me out at the end, customer service and professionalism were A+! The lobby was very clean and they had freshly popped corn and a coffee machine for customers - nice touch! I was also able to pull up coupons online from Jiffy Lube which saved me $28. Before Christmas, any savings is great to me! I'll be back in a few thousand miles!

*************************…read more I've been a "car guy" for about 50+ years ... kinda been around the block when it comes to automobiles, airplanes, boats, and motorcycles. Personally, I'd never want to be in the business of retail service in any industry - especially personal automobiles. Too difficult to please everyone. We've serviced three different vehicles here over the past 1.5 years with GREAT SUCCESS. I find the staff to be polite, friendly, capable and skilled. Plain and Simple, my personal experience is ... "these folks know what they are doing." Your own personal expectations may be different than mine. But I believe any "reasonable" "intelligent" and "rational" person will find this shop to be honest, and capable. We have successfully serviced three vehicles with individual values between $22,000 - $212,000 ... with confidence. I've met the manager, Patty, on more than one occasion and appreciate the working environment she cultivates with her staff. So - I trust them to work on my vehicles and highly recommend this shop.

Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had. I am traveling across country from VA to…read moreCA for Christmas in a 40' RV towing a Jeep. Somewhere between Midland TX and El Paso, the Jeep drivers side front brake caliper failed in a dramatic fashion causing the wheel to lock up intermittently at highway speeds. Once discovered, I pulled into a campground in Las Cruces, NM and began the search for service. After two wasted calls to businesses that were booked for weeks and would not even try to fit me in, I called Brake Masters (#200). Jeremy took my call, immediately setting the tone for a positive experience and had me bring it in. Very shortly after arrival they brought it in the service bay and quickly evaluated the extent of the damages. Expecting an upsale of parts/services, I was really pleased that they showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and at a cost that beat what I expected. They got me back on the road in short order and saved a long planned trip for us. The level of transparency, honesty and professionalism, led by Jeremy and the entire crew.was unmatched in my experience. Thanks team Brake Masters!

Inexpensive gasoline, and relatively few "hard luck story" panhandlers during my brief stop; again, my experience of expensive fuel and expensive bums is SoCal related, so your comparison may vary. I thought for a minute while I was there: "Hey, it's 8 AM, it's 38°F outside, I'm on vacation... I'm getting a breakfast burrito!" But my wife, who can read minds (especially mine) knocked on the window of my truck while I was gassing up and mouthed "NO!" But if you wanted a burrito, or you know, if your wife isn't psychic, there's a little joint inside that makes burritos, and they smelled pretty good when I went in to get some waters for our long road trip that lay ahead. As roadside gas station convenience stores, go, this place was pretty good. And the restroom inside was clean and stocked, so it's already better than 90% of similarly targeted businesses in Arizona and California east of Hemet. I'll probably stop in here again on my next big roadtrip on the 10. And if my wife isn't with me, I'm totally getting that burrito.
