Everyone was incredibly nice and informative no complaints there. When I had left the shop my car had a problem where it wouldn't go anymore. It was fully in limp mode. It would start and run but the gas wouldn't rev the engine or anything. I only made it like 150-200ft from the shop. Two very nice construction guys helped me push it out of the way. Anyway, I walked back up to the shop and explained the issue. The staff were very responsive and kind about the situation even though I was visibly frustrated but trying to keep my composure. They immediately jumped under the hood trying to find the issue. We got my car back into the bay and they spent some more time to find out what was wrong. It's still a complete mystery I guess but they replaced my air filter and that seemed to fix the problem (my current one was still good which is why it's a mystery) My car is perfectly fine now there was nothing damaged and they did refund my service for the inconvenience which I did appreciate. The staff handled the entire situation professionally and efficiently so I really don't have anything negative to say about the experience. Things like this happen sometimes but the way it's handled is what really matters.

So when I checked my oil level, turns out they didn't change my oil.. It was still dirty!! I used to use these guys alot. Never again! FIRED!!!

She told me they only used Castrol oil and did the full service (checks and top offs included) and even vacuumed your car for you. I decided to try them. They were swift, knowledgeable, and thorough. They addressed my concerns. I noticed thar they treated my vehicle with respect and even offered honest opinions about my next maintenance recommendations. They have earned my business for sure!

After breaking ABS sensors in Hubs, instead of drilling broken material out and just replacing sensors they replaced perfectly good hubs with new hubs and sensors. This shows me a lack of knowledge of these workers and perhaps no management training. I am a master auto/diesel mechanic with 60 years experience. Being retired I no longer have tools or means to do this type repair. I would also caution leaving anything of value in your vehicle.

Unfortunately the cost was more than I expected so I declined the service. I went home and put my car in the garage. Hour later went into my garage and there was a heavy odor of oil. I opened the hood to my car, there was no cap where you put in the car's oil so I called, and the end result was: They apologized and sent over a technician who promptly and thoroughly cleaned the bottom of my hood and the engine. Second, the next day they had me take my car back to Mango Automotive and they gave me a complete oil change at no cost. Victor, mgr., Josh, Fernando and Chuy were all very professional and continuously apologized for the error.

My original review was actually quite restrained. I didn't detail every issue because my intention wasn't to damage a small business; it was simply to share my experience. The truck was there approximately three months after we were initially told 6-8 weeks, the final cost was significantly higher than the highest amount originally discussed, we experienced repeated delays at pickup, and after driving the truck less than 10 miles home, it had to be returned to the shop. The shop arranged the towing company that damaged our tonneau cover during that return trip. We were promised it would be replaced, and it still has not been. What ultimately changed my opinion of this business was how the situation was handled afterward. Rather than acknowledging that our experience fell short, the owner's public response characterized our expectations as "unrealistic" and disclosed details about our transaction while presenting several events very differently from how they occurred. I don't expect a business to be perfect. I do expect professionalism, communication, accountability, and follow-through--especially after spending approximately $17,000. Based on my experience with both the repair process and the owner afterward, I would not bring another vehicle here, and I would caution others considering a major repair to make sure estimates, authorizations, timelines, and promises are documented in writing.

Immediately took it back and was told tgat they werent balanced correctly and someone else with more experience had re-did it. I took it for another test drive and vibration did gondown by approx 50% but was not completely gone. I immediately took it to another place (discount tire), they checked and stated that not all tires were balanced, one had no weights, one had d weights, one had weights in the wrong place and one had new weights in the right place. I took it back to big O and complained for the poor service. And for claiming to have rebalanced the tires when they didnt do a complete job. I did a test drive with the tech and he confirmed that there was still vibration amd rhat he had only balanced the driver side of my truck and not the passenger side. So he said he would rebalance the passenger side as well. When that was finally done, the vibration was greatly reduced. IT TOOK THREE BALANCING ATTEMPTS TO GET THIS DONE. AND THATS CUZ I TOLD THEM THAT ANOTHER TIRE SHOP CHECKED THEIR WORK AMD CONFIRMED TGAT THEY DID A PISS PORR JOB. This is MOT the first time that ive had problems with This specific Big O Tires location.

I had just had received my 70 Oldsmobile 442 back from the engine manufacturer (Mondello Performance) for over heating issues. I took the car out for any easy drive from WSMR to LC. 2miles onto 70 the car vapor locked and died. I had the car towed to Baird's Automotive because they were the closest shop. It was a great find for me. The shop fixed the vapor lock issue. When I drove it home I found I was still having overheating issues. Called the shop and came back in. Total repair took about 2 weeks. The issues turned out to be a ballooned radiator and insufficient air movement. Which lead to overheating and a header gasket leak. Baird's worked with Mondello the entire time to ensure warranties on the engine were not violated and engine specs were maintained. Much of the delay time was parts shipping from Mondello to Baird's. Baird's called and informed me when they agreed and disagreed with Mondello, but maintained a professional environment regardless of agreeances. Thanks To the service, leadership, and mechanics at Baird's Automotive, the "Blue Beast" is running great again.

My experience with the Jiffy Lube on Lohman in Las Cruces has been very unpleasant. My car had been running great. I went in for a simple oil change and that same evening my car was gushing out a significant amount of oil. The store manager, Patty, was very uncaring about the whole situation. Even though I had a reputable Volkswagen mechanic verify the problem, the manager was still very argumentative and refused to admit their fault. Instead of working with us to fix the problem, she belittled the mechanic and argued about what was apparently "wrong" with my car. I have gotten in touch with the district manager, Steve, and have not had any luck on getting this issue resolved. I initially thought the district manager would be willing to work with us to resolve the issue, but it quickly turned into putting the blame on us. Bottom line, my car was not gushing or leaking any oil prior to the service and Jiffy Lube has failed to fix their mistake. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I stopped in for a much needed oil change. Went ahead and signed up for the tire rotation as the staff was super friendly, efficient and cared for me well. They washed my windows and vacuumed the vehicle while we waited. Thoroughly impressed and will definitely go back for future services. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Martin Tire provided an Uber driver to take me home and to pick me up when the repairs were accomplished. That was a tremendous benefit for me. My bill is itemized. The mechanic explained each section. He provided discounts as listed as "coupons" on the web site. My experience at Martin Tire Company in Las Cruces was re-assuring and positive.
