From the person who welcomed me to the person who checked me out at the end, customer service and professionalism were A+! The lobby was very clean and they had freshly popped corn and a coffee machine for customers - nice touch! I was also able to pull up coupons online from Jiffy Lube which saved me $28. Took my car in for oil change and was told to go out and buy the oil and bring it back. I told them I had previously gone to the Jiffy Lube on Main St. here in Las Cruces, I was told to take it back there then because that oil is supposedly "hard to find" for them. I drive a 2015 BMW I find it hard to believe an Oil Change business can't locate synthetic oil. A girl came in right after me and all the attendants were arguing as to who can go attend to her. First time here. Everyone is moving & communicating with one another so they all know what task needs to be done. So far a good experience. They are friendly & were quick on everything they got done for me.... Oil change, rear differential fluid change, vacuumed interior, changing air & cabin filters, topping off fluids & checked tire pressure. TERRIBLE. They told me I needed new spark plugs, battery, drain the radiator fluid, but battery, plugs and radiator service was done less than 10,000 miles ago. Their full "inspection" took all of three minutes with their spokesperson talking even faster and getting defensive and rather than informative when I tried to ask questions so clearly they are set up to jack the price, not actually service the car. I said, three minutes you inspected everything? and the response, "the team working together found all the problems from their checklist.". so did you actually check anything at all? I know the brake pads need replacing and that they need to be replaced but that they didn't notice during their "inspection" because I had already said, whoa wait a minute with the spark plugs, where did you come up with that. the cheapest oil change for a standard sedan was $65. go elsewhere so you actually get service. All businesses are in business to make money but this place takes the cake on scams. read more

My wife stopped in on our way from Los Angeles to Atlanta to get an oil change. As usual they checked the fluids the tire pressure and the filters and made recommendations. All looked good, since we take very good care of our Lexus LS460, so we assume they put everything back correctly. Unfortunately, they reinstalled the cabin filter incorrectly and failed to put everything back in place. That caused a loud clicking to come from our dashboard which we didn't discover until we turned the car off far down the road. We thought it might be our six disc changer so we quit listening to that music. Once back in Atlanta, I took time to search for the problem and discovered that the cabin filter was not clicked into position and the remaining parts were not reinstalled at all. I called Ramon and he asked me to send him pictures. What good are they, I asked. He said well if everything's okay then have a nice day. I thought he might offer me a small discount saying as how are music listening was interrupted and we had cause for concern all the way home. Not very good diplomacy. He had also told me that Misa was responsible and that she had been screwing up other people's cars previous to ours. Who's to blame? One screw up and the management should be assisting her to make sure that she knows how to extract and reinstall filters for all vehicles. After looking at the number of stars this particular location is rated, and management pending the blame on their worker, my suggestion is that you go to another jiffy lube. read more

This morning I took my new VW into Jiffy Lube for its first oil change. I arrived right when they opened at 8 am and was the first vehicle serviced. I was impressed how quickly the tech got the job done as I was back on the road within 15-20 minutes. When I got home I parked my car on my driveway and was inside the house for most of the morning. When I got back in my car and backed out of the driveway I noticed a significant amount of oil on my driveway which worried me so I headed back down to Jiffy Lube to see what the problem might be. Apparently the tech responsible for adding oil to the engine slopped it all over and didn't bother to clean up the mess he made. I am not happy. I have used this JL location for many years. Called ahead and talked to Patty... Was told it would be $59.99 plus tax for 0-20w. The dealer quoted the same, but it would not have room for me after 4:30pm. So I came here. After they began draining my oil, they told me it would be $74.99 plus tax for full synthetic. $59.99 is for synthetic blend. Then they tried to get me new intake filters, cabin air filters etc. Total rip off. Make sure to get a hard price quote BEFORE they touch your car!!!!! They WILL try to rip you off. You could tell by their reaction to my being upset that this is standard operating procedure. They probably see customers upset all the time. read more

I took my car here to get an oil change (less than a 2 year old car), they broke my drain plug seal, oil leaked everywhere in my garage, and their negligence could have blown my engine. Absolutely terrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go here. read more

I went to the JiffyLube on Lohman. I asked about the price and was quoted around $54.00. I had a coupon for $15.00 off. Asked if I could use the coupon. I asked for the total price. It was close for me to get an oil change for my car & I noticed my engine light was on, I went to this location & was given codes that came back from the engine light saying it needed new spark plugs and a fuel flush (they diagnosed my car with it), I told them let me just get the oil changed for today (6/20/20) and I'll come back next week when I get paid again. When I went back on 6/26/20 I was told that the spark plugs and fuel flush didn't work for the car (after services where already done) and was still charged $300.99 & now they thought maybe getting new coials for it may work and wanted to charge me another $450.00 .. I refused the service. When I went home that day I gathered my thoughts and realized I paid $300.99 for services that didn't help AT ALL, NOT ONE SINGLE THING WORKED & told my step-father who knows automotive well enough to know what they did was distasteful & I shouldn't have been charged. My step father had talked to the district manager Mr. Martinez, who was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to him THE ENTIRE TIME, YELLING AT HIM THROUGH THE PHONE. When it all came down to it I wanted my money back, Mr. Martinez told my step father he will refund me all my money. When I got to this location to get my refund (6/27/20) I was told by the manager on site, her name is Patty C. she was nice and helpful at the beginning but when I was told they where only refunding me about $196.00 that's when I informed her that Mr. Martinez (district manager) informed my step father I was getting the full amount back, she then got an attitude with me. Finally after some time Mr. Martinez told Patty C. to give me all my money back. When I went up to the counter she was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, throwing demands. Telling me "put your card in the chip reader." But wouldn't explain to me what exactly was going on. Then gave me a paper and told me "Sign this." When I asked her "what am I signing?." Her response was "Your refund.." after I signed the paper she decided to snatch the pen out of my hand without even trying to hide her frustration or rudeness with me (I never once raised my voice at her or gave her a single attitude the entire time!) & I ended that confrontation with "have a nice day, thank you." She gave me a ugly look with no response. I would NOT recommend going to this location at all. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. ***UPDATE*** (6/30/20) I took my car to a PROFESSIONAL Machanic and was told they DID MORE DAMAGE! They almost COMPLETELY ruined my vehicle/engine!!! Soooo upset!! DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE ON LOHMAN NEAR DADDY O'S!!!!! They charged me $89.99 for an A/C belt that I found out cost $17.99 at pep boys !!! It took 5 minutes to take off. Stopped I here for an oil change when we were in las Cruses. They had us in and out fast and honored a coupon. Experience here was great!

My favorite oil change place closed down years ago so I started using Jiffy Lube. They have mostly been courteous but I feel they are always looking for the up-charge or unnecessary service. Last time was there I was told my battery was going out. It was only two years old and I bought it from them. His attitude was non caring and he was ready to sell me another one. I said I would watch it for problems and there haven't been any. They also did a bad brake job, had to be re-done. The small stuff might be ok, but big things - go somewhere else. Just want to say some problems have be caught by them which was taken care of at a repair shop. Watch them and be vigilant with their recommendations. I would like to try a new place. read more

Went in for oil/filter change. They check your car thoroughly looking for additional items you may need or might have an interest in getting for service. Initially indicated I had a bad battery. I decided to purchase new one from them. Technician checked readings again just to make sure and discovered the tester was set wrong. Tech said I did not the battery after all. This really impressed me with their professionalism and honesty. I will return. read more
