I started recording him - in a public place ONLY AFTER I was trying to go back to return my items, to go to Lohman to re-purchase at a place with good service. He threw my receipt in the trash and could not retrieve it from his system and was upset. This is AFTER having to deal with racist Renaldo D. this morning. I have the video , but here's the receipt. Ashley is the only good thing about this store and the best employee there. From now on- I will just go to the Lohman location (like I said I would) it's 2 miles further from my house, but I there is good management, good people and good service there. I love that I didn't have to get out of my car and their location was great. If you're a healthcare worker/first responder, you get a nice discount too - which they let me know about. I think the value for the service is great. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change.
