Rating: 8.1/10 The best thing about this place was that you literally stay in your car for the entire service. The attendant who I spoke to however was lackadaisical. Clearly going through the motions. Our interaction was quite robotic. Right down to the step by step up sell process that was clearly repeated over and over on every customer. Meh. As a young woman, this was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had getting my car serviced. I came in for an oil change for my dad's car and explained multiple times that it wasn't my vehicle, which is why I didn't know the answers to some of their questions. Instead of acting professionally, employees made comments like "tell your daddy I'm the new mechanic now" and said I'd "make a great wife." They also repeatedly commented on my appearance and stared at me while servicing the car. Another employee even joked that "looks like she's not having it," and I responded that yes, I wanted to leave. The fact they could clearly tell I was uncomfortable and kept going anyway was incredibly inappropriate. Since they had already started the oil change, I felt stuck there until it was finished. Went in to have my fluids checked and air put in my tires before a long trip and waited 40 minutes for service. The service technicians were not very helpful and there were no updates or information given regarding my service + I didn't see them actually add any fluids to my car despite me asking for everything to be topped off. read more

Service Techs are Lazy, unenthusiastic and Rude. I ended my visit in a tow truck with my car being towed to the Infiniti dealership because they broke my oil pan. They covered the cost, but I will never return. read more

STAY AWAY! There is no accountability. We spent $165 for an oil change and new air filter. Four days later, the car was on the side of the road smoking. Come to find out there was no oil in the car which caused a hole in the engine. I love to give good reviews. However, First impression was someone forgot to tell his face he was happy to have a job. Then the gentleman asking which oil change I wanted started out telling me the economy oil change would not last long, maybe 2000 miles but changed it to 3000 miles when it was time to place the reminder sticker on my car. The receipt says they cleaned my windshield which never happened so now, I don't know if my coolant is a safe level and I didn't see anyone check my tires which is on the receipt that they did those tasks. So, I probably will never come back here and will need to get my car checked by another mechanic . $55.30 for Duramax Sun blend 4.50 (sun blend 5w20 bk) . My go to place for an oil change for my car . This location is one of my favorites. I no longer go to the one on Hwy 6. The staff are usually friendly and you stay in your car the entire time. My oil change is pretty pricey because I use synthetic oil. My total is around 65 dollars and that is with a coupon. The service was great. They were fast and helpful. But one of the workers accidentally broke the front panel of my hood. When I pulled off into the street the panel began flying up like a bird wing in front of me at 10 mph. They helped me move a bolt over to hold it down but would not own up to it. They said they had it on camera that it was like that before I arrived. read more

While I was fixing my tires next door, I saw them and wondered if they could help me with my car inspection. I walked up to them and asked. The answer was yes. After finishing up with Discount Tires, I drove up and they took care of the inspection in less than 15 minutes!!!! Unlike other places, Take 5 didn't try to sell me things!!! I needed an oil change and it was late, around 5 PM. I went to a few places, and nobody had time for an oil change. Then, I pulled up to Take 5 and the manager was very nice. He assured he could get it done, as they are open to 7 PM. Then, the associate who did the oil change, was very nice. The price was reasonable, and the service was timely. Bad customer servic, attitudes ect. Paid over $100 several times and kept having to come back every 3k miles when I asked they never had an answer for me and if I asked a different rep what type of oil I had gotten they pointed to the cheapest one but my receipts say I paid for the one that is supposed to run me 10k miles... long story short I don't know what oils I actually got any of the times I went because that's how mixed and unorganized their communication is with customers. They also messed up the latch on my hood by closing it too hard and when I came back for the next oil change they said they were just being nice by giving me a complementary oil change LOL I missed work had to pay to get my latch fixed because they dont like their job and have an attitude when you come in & I got the were being nice by doing this response. safe to say this is my last time coming here.
