They quickly diagnosed the cause of the flat and informed us that as the other tire in the rear was near the end of life on tread (which I had to agree when I saw it). They suggested replacements, but the service took much longer than usual as they had only one technician (Hunter) working (others had just not shown up for work, so Hunter was moving from one car to another as quickly and efficiently as possible). I am giving them a 5-star and kudos because they worked well with a bad situation and their patience and grace with another customer who expected the impossible made me glad we'd brought our car here. I highly recommend them; a great team who know how to please.

I highly suggest if you need work done, find somewhere else to go. I would rather drive an hour away to pay for an alignment, then go back to Firestone this Firestone. Two different pictures of the same car different alignments different times one at 8:17 in the morning 514 2026 and one at 9:32 in the morning 514 2026 after the original alignment they put it in and said the castor on both the right and left side and the total toe was off after telling me they got it right after the first alignment so they didn't get it right. The first time didn't get a ride the second time the damn steering wheel still crooked to the right avoid this Firestone.

When I called the place, Mr. Frankie Sutton immediately told me of a possible concern he had about a particular engine in the model I was looking to test drive. He asked for the details on the engine in the particular vehicle I was interested in. Then, he called me back in a few minutes, telling me that I could come on down, because the engine in the model I was considering was NOT the problematic engine. I really appreciated him taking the time to save me a potentially wasted trip! Then, when I arrived at his place with the vehicle, he scanned it for codes, checked the fluids, brakes, took it for a test drive, etc... He gave me his honest opinion on the condition of the vehicle and was generous to me on the financial end of things as well. Based on my experience, if you are looking for a down-to-earth mechanic who will take time to give you an honest opinion, this is your place.
