Service: was great The gentleman who helped us out currently during Memorial Day was extremely helpful! I'm so greatly grateful that the shop was open during noon! My brand new tire ended up having a huge boo-boo because of darn big trucks who swerved on the highway and my husband had to swerve to not get hit and ended up hitting something. I would give higher stars if I could. I was in town for a conference and shredded my tire on the interstate. I was referred by a local to Rockside and I'm VERY glad they did. All of the gentlemen that were there were very helpful and LISTENED to me. They did not dismiss me as "just another woman who doesn't know about cars" but treated me as if I was a family member and they wanted me to be safe. I told them I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me the following day. They took such wonderful care of me and the price was beyond reasonable, was actually lower than I was anticipating. This is the first time doing a review on something other than restaurants and fast food but this place can get the job done. We were on a trip going back home and one of the tire popped and a spare tire wasn't enough so we had to go see a near by tire shop. One of the rear tire had a nails stuck in them so that was unlucky. Rockslide Tire shop really helped us out with that. The service was good. The people working there are nice and they switched the tires very quickly. I think this place is prefect if you just need a tire changed. read more

Was filling my tires at the sheets a half mile away when the pin in my valve stem broke, came here and these guys replaced it and filled all my tires in less than 5 minutes for no charge. Phenomenal service and friendly workers. Will be coming back read more

i found out my rear tire was completely flat this morning. i got my spare tire on and drove to rockside tire. they immediately helped me and changed the tire in less than 15 minutes. i am beyond impressed with the efficiency and quality of work. definitely recommend to anyone in the area and will be coming back if i need tire repair/work. thank you !!!! read more

I purchased a set of tires off of a private persons add to replace my well worn tires. The man I purchased from was familiar with this business . I believe the seller expressed he had worked at this shop for one of his first jobs. He reassured me this shop delivered service to all and was fair about what your needs are as other shops I've experienced, are encouraged to sell you what they can even if not needed. I found this shop to be highly professional, pride in their work and concern your product is correct for your vehicle. Double check your purchase fits a truck or car. I was very impressed with the speed and fairness to keep tract of my product fairness to take customers in a series of who was firs second and so on. The work with the tires was superior. They took the old battered worn out tires without requiring extra money to dispose of them. Pleasant work ethic evident and pride of service. I wish I had the managers name as I would like to express the positive and personal attention to remove mount balance and return the wheels to my vehicle. This is the go to spot.
