Logan & Mathew were very kind, cultured and professional. The other young man was neat, professional. Although he told me that. "I DID NOT need to know his name" and covered his name tag, I'm grateful for his passion and for not sagging his pants. UNBEKNOWNST to the young man that denied me know his name, he needs to realize that name tags are for ID purposes. Covering name tag was rude and unkind. However, this report voids his name for recognition credit purposes, I'm grateful for him nonetheless. read more

I'm from wayyy out of town, but Take 5 is my place. They topped my oil off and looked at everything else to make sure I'm all set to get back on the road. kindest people ever. Went out of their way to help me out, even though I'm not one of their usual customers down here. They were kind, informative about my car, and efficient with their work. read more

I have been to this take five oil change location multiple times and have nothing but amazing things to say! I went in today to get my tire pressure checked and to check all of my fluids. I was not upsold on a single thing! They checked everything and put air in my tires & sent me on my way. I would recommend to everyone to go to this specific location! Especially any females that may find any mechanical shops daunting! read more

We thought we had found our new oil change spot. First time there, they were kind and professional. 2nd time they were rude, had raised prices (by marking out in black marker the lower priced oil change), and they refused to take an online coupon. We won't be back. read more

Eric, Marcel and Valentin were absolutely phenomenal! The service time was awesome, and the constant reassurance of the services to be provided, updates on the process and communication of items completed with visual proof left me question less! As a native Texan I appreciated the Tennessee hospitality shown from all three of these individuals. They definitely kept me smiling during my very quick visit! The only bump in the road regarding my visit was, the location had ran out of oil for my vehicle; however I came out just fine and definitely more cost effective with the pre purchased oil picked up from a local auto parts store. It would be super cool if Take 5 would still allow coupons and discounts to be conjoined with the bring your own oil option. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Having my car looked at right now. I was driving with no oil the check engine light came on yesterday morning. The guy looking at my car said the oil smelled "off" whatever he could see on the dipstick. DO NOT GO HERE. Praying my engine isn't ruined. read more

Always fast and reliable . I've been back several times for oil changes every 6 months .

Started off as a regular with Victor and Ladarius who were great and provided wonderful service. On this visit I was greeted and assisted by Randolph along with who appeared to be his trainee Katie. Their customer service was also superb. Liz was also warm and welcoming. She and Randolph assisted with a question I had and was able to provide an immediate solution. The complimentary cold water and newly added air fresheners are always a plus. 10/10 this time even with new staff. Thank you all. read more

Take 5 took such great care of me! Randolph was very helpful and informative and also an amazing helpful staff! Definitely recommend!

I have to say, I've had my oil changed a few places around town since I've lived here (hell since I've owned a car) and I've never felt the need to write a review until now. The customer service is stellar, the communication between the mechanics is unlike I've ever seen, and they let me know what was happening to my car and ASKED me and gave me choices - something I've never had happen (especially as a woman. ) They were truly amazing. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Trevor was exceptional! He, along with Colten and Juan (a.k.a. JC) were phenomenal and exemplified stellar guest services. They were polite and they worked expeditiously while also being thorough. Thank you Take read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Take 5 - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Donelson, Tennessee

This was my first experience with an express oil change service and when I say the experience was A1, I mean it!! As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and offered a cool bottle of water. O was directed to pull into the garage, where I was welcomed by another team member who went through the service menu with me. Once I decided kn the appropriate service, I was in and out within 15 mins, all without having to get out of my car. A team member walked me through each step of the oil change process as it was happening and even pulled my filter out to show me that it wasn't time to change it out (I never even knew what my filter looked like prior to this). All of the team members wore masks and were super friendly! Also LOVED seeing several women working in the shop! With my service, I'm able to come back within 3 months to top off all of my fluids, complimentary! Will absolutely be coming back for all of my oil changes in the future! read more

Highly recommend this place! Service was prompt and efficient. They had me pull into the garage almost immediately and started my oil change right away. Staff was very friendly and not pushy at all which was a huge plus. Reasonably priced and I like that they have an array of coupons on their website. 10/10 recommend! read more

Very disappointed in this location. I got my oil changed on Aug 8th and parked my car while I went on vacation. When I came back my car was making a load noise. I took it to the auto shop and they said there was no oil in my car. The cap wasn't on correctly and it all leaked out. I'm lucky my engine wasn't destroyed. I had to pay for a 2nd oil change only 4 days after going to Take 5. This could have ruined my car! Take 5 will not give me a refund and has ignored multiple emails from me asking about the status of my refund claim. When they finally answered one of my emails they said they didn't think I wanted a refund was their response. Why would I want to pay for 2 oil changes? Of course I want a refund! Do not trust this place, take it somewhere else. read more

I was looking for a place to get my oil changed on my Jeep Renegade because the service at the place I used to go to went down drastically. Take 5 is on my way to work and so I looked it up. I saw they offered a military/veteran discount and decided to check them out. The folks working there were great- funny, very communicative, and gave amazing customer service. I was in and out in less that 20 minutes- there were cars in front of me. The price is so affordable compared to other oil change places and I loved that I didn't have to leave my car. This is now my go-to oil change place! read more

To Whom it May Concern: I need to send the biggest letter of gratitude to the team at Take 5 at 2510 Lebanon Pike, Donelson, TN. I was traveling on a 3 week solo RV road trip from San Francisco to North Carolina and Nashville was one of my last stops. I had to stop at CVS and made a really DUMB mistake of thinking I could fit into the drive thru since it was pretty large (rookie mistake). I got temporarily stuck and was able to back out but the damage to my AC unit above the RV was unknown. I was hysterically crying and worried, not only for the possible financial damage but also I had no way of getting up on top of the vehicle to see if I could even drive it to get fixed. I was on a deadline to return the RV and couldn't waste a day getting it serviced. Take 5 was right next door to CVS and in my desperate state, I walked over in tears asking if I could borrow a ladder. It was then that I met my literal ANGELS named Juan, Devantae, Laine and Nakieya. I just wanted a ladder, but they instead came to my rescue. The team not only cared about my well being since I was crying but got on top of my RV themselves, assessed the damage and since they didn't have the tools to fix it, helped me zip tie everything in place so that I could safely drive to my next destination. My tears of sadness became tears of joy and I literally can't express my gratitude for these angels more. I was reassured about the possible cost of the damage so I could tell the RV company and also felt so safe driving to my next stop. Maybe I'm not used to Southern hospitality coming from California, but these 4 souls SAVED me. They had no reason to help since I wasn't even a customer, but they just did it out of the kindness of their hearts. They offered me water, a treat for my dog who was with me, compassion and reassurance that this could happen to anyone, and true kindness. All they asked of me is to pay it forward. PLEASE recognize these individuals because you are truly LUCKY to have them. If I'm ever back in town, I'll be sure to get my car serviced with you and will share this story with everyone I can. THANK YOU! read more

Took two vehicles here to get oil changes serviced at the same time and both cars were done in less than 15 minutes. The guys working explained every step they took along the way and were very honest. They even helped me save some money by making me aware of their current discounts. Great work! read more

An oil change company that puts a suggested tip on top of their already inflated prices. It might be fast, but I will never go back.

Been here a few times. Employees are always super friendly and I've never had to wait. Quick and easy oil change. Highly recommended!

Just stopped in for an oil change. These guys are fantastic...even gave me a bottle of water. Very thorough, explained everything, checked everything. Even showed me how to reset my oil change light. Checked my air filter and told me it was still good and no need to spend more money. Very transparent and honest service. Will come here again!! read more

Take 5 Oil Change - New oil change spot!! Awesome service!! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Donelson, Tennessee

DO NOT USE FOR OIL CHANGES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!! Please read! UPDATE: I've called, emailed, sent online request for contact and chatted with customer service online and have had NO RESOLUTION. The sound coming from my car was A PIECE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REMOVED THAT THEY TRIED TO PUT BACK ON AND COULDN'T GET IT TIGHTENED. SO ITS BEEN DRAGGING UNDER MY CAR. I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO GET IT BACK ON. I have included photos of the part that has been removed from my car. THERE IS LITERALLY A PART OF MY CAR THAT IS NO LONGER ATTACHED AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. INITIAL REVIEW: I drove in on a Friday around noon. One other car in front of me. I think they were training someone but I was in no rush and told them to take as much time as they need. I explained I had a 1400 miles trip ahead of me and needed to make sure I had everything checked. My wiper fluid was not full, my air filter was not checked, my windshield was not cleaned, my tires were low on air. I explained that my tire light had just turned on as I pulled into the garage and asked twice if they made sure to fill the tires which they said Yes. My tire light was still on when I left so I checked and sure enough they were not full. There is grease/oil all over the outside of my car. My car has never made a noise like it makes now that they've changed my oil so I have to go get it checked out. Sounds like I'm dragging something when I drive. I'd say that management should work on better training and customer service. The men were nice but said some off putting, borderline inappropriate comments to me. Over all I would not return but I see that many have had a great experience there which is why I think I just came on a bad day. read more
