I visited Super Express Lube on 8/3/26 for the first time and had a very positive experience. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. There were a few cars ahead of me and I was offered water while I waited. The staff was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and provided a seamless oil change. They also offered to clean my windshield while I waited. I highly recommend visiting! I am very pleased and will be returning. read more

I can no longer recommend Super Express Lube. They have been fair and honest in years past but I no longer have faith in either. Multiple times recently, I have scheduled work but requested to get an estimate before the work was scheduled, been promised an estimate within hours, and not gotten one for days. On the surface, that's excusable but the lack of transparency it creates is not. The issue is half the time, that estimate has been higher than the local Toyota dealership and both have been significantly higher than similar shops. The final straw was I was getting CV axles and mentioned I could get them for less than 1/3rd of the price they were quoting me and told them the brand. The brand is well established as quality. They went full send on telling me what terrible quality they were. I asked what brand theirs were so I could compare quality and they would not tell me. There's a lot that I can assume is simply poor management. Intentionally lacking transparency is not that. Their quote for my CV axle replacement was over $1300. I got it done for $550 from a reputable shop. read more

Highly recommend. Since moving across the country two years ago, I've had all oil changes done at this location. As someone with little car knowledge, this place is legit and I have never once felt like they were upselling me on something I didn't need. They're honest and thorough. No matter how many questions I have, they answer every one with the utmost patience. A couple of times I've been nervous about my tire pressure, and they help me out. Pricing is upfront and reasonable. Hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I would go out of my way if needed to continue supporting this local gem. read more

Stopped by on a whim .. to get a long due oil change. Timely service, professional attentive staff, in a non-pressure environment. They offer a range of car maintenance/repair services and I left a fully satisfied customer. Pricing was competitive and service exemplary. read more

Friendly staff, fast work. No problems except they didn't fill the washer fluid for some bs reason

Tyler was very helpful and made sure there was nothing wrong with my car, great service!

It is convenient to just drive up and get your oil changed instead of getting an appointment and waiting. You still wait but in your car. They offer extras, but don't use high pressure tactics. read more

I'm from out of town and had trouble with my car following an oil change I had done with another company, in a different state, before arriving in Franklin. When I saw that oil was leaking out of my car, and my dashboard was flashing that my oil pressure was low, I looked in the area for an oil change/automotive business that had good ratings. Super Express Lube was a locally owned business and had close to a 5 star rating. The reviews mentioned that they were a trusted, honest, reputable, business, so I gave them a call. Layla answered my call, listened to my explanation of what was going on. She let me know what their hours were, and mentioned that if I was comfortable driving the car to them that they'd be more than happy to get it in and evaluate the evaluate the situation, and this was just before closing. What can I say? They went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I felt confident that they had been thorough in rectifying the situation, and, to top it off, they GENEROUSLY fixed the problem at no charge . I'm super grateful for their attentiveness to my situation and their generous spirit. I highly recommend them. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and caring as well. read more

I normally do not use drive through oil service, but I read the reviews and gave it a shot. I took in a recently (1 week ago) purchased new vehicle from a dealer and I wanted to start fresh with full synthetic. When they checked my oil before beginning, they showed me the dip stick and mentioned how new the oil was. Wow! Honest...Didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of nonsense. I was impressed! Everyone was polite, offering to clean my windshield lube my doors. I will be back for sure read more

Friendly, fast and don't overcharge. I come here every 5k for oil, tranny drain and fill, differential check, coolant check, etc

Great oil change place. Always very friendly staff and offers the usual extras but not pushy. Will even hand you a bottle of water while you wait. read more

I stopped because I needed some coolant and had a few questions. Dominic was incredible. He went above and beyond anything I would have expected. He provided some very helpful feedback, filled up my coolant and then sent me home with a free one. He was so kind, so attentive and now we know where to go in the future for honest and caring service. This is a great business and a wonderful team. I am not surprised at all that they are full of 5 star reviews. Thanks guys! read more

We didn't see any newer reviews so we wanted to be sure to let everyone know how great this place is. We were driving to Florida from Wisconsin while pulling a boat. The check engine light came on and we had difficulty maintaining acceleration on the Kentucky and Tennessee hills and the cruise control just laughed at us. Of course it was a Friday night of Labor Day weekend and we needed to be in FL on Labor Day. Super Express Lube to the rescue. We arrived before opening on Saturday and the nicest and cutest female mechanic scanned our car and analyzed the problem. She was so accommodating and assured us that we would be fine getting your destination and advised us to have it checked when we got there. Best part was no charge! She just invited us back if we were ever in the area. So impressed with this place!!!! read more

These guys were awesome! Greeted us right away when we pulled up and took care of us immediately. Super friendly younger guys, too. I'll definitely come back again! read more

It's the Chick-fil-A of oil changes. The best!!! Highly recommend. Explained everything to me.

Friendly,Fast, and efficient. I loved the transparency of them showing me the appearance and level of the oil before and after the service! One suggestion would be to offer non-synthetic oil for Acuras to keep price down. Otherwise happy with their service. Rarely do drive thru oil changes but I'll be back! read more

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! They were fast, professional, and friendly! We got a full synthetic oil change and fog light for $85 with the $5 off, Yelp offer. read more

These guys are the real deal. They run their business in a manner that makes you drive away feeling proud of the entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic that built our great country. They take pride in the quality of their work, the technical skills of their team, and the consistency of the client experience. I've taken my entire family's vehicles here for over fifteen years. The entire team always treat everything they do as if you were their only client. Many competitors have people who act like it's a burden to be there verses an opportunity to contribute a great service and experience to the community. read more

Dominic and Molly are just the only 2names I recall of their awesome team! However, EVERYONE I've ever dealt with with there has been equally awesome and I highly recommend them! read more

There is not another garage to which I would entrust my cars. We have a variety of older vehicles and we've had great success with their diagnosis and resolution of a variety of issues with our vehicles. Very trustworthy, excellent service and great work! read more

I called to see if they could change my rear differential fluid. Dominick said they could but did not have quite enough fluid in stock. He told me that he would order some and have it in the next day. He did. I went over the next afternoon, and they were actually expecting me. Special thanks to "Molly" for exemplifying the level of care and service I have come to expect from this business. She and the entire staff let you know that you and your business are both appreciated. The positive attitude everyone exhibits is why I continue to get my oil changed here! read more

I've been getting my oils changed here for years, but what I really love is being able to go here when I need something minor, like topping my fluids off before a long road trip or changing my windshield wiper blades. Regardless of what I need, they consistently provide exceptional customer service and are as pleasant as can be. read more

Excellent service! They were a quick, friendly, and provided a great experience. Highly recommend!

Literally the best spot to get your oil change in Franklin. It's just a few dollars more than Walmart up the road, but you're in and out really quick, they're super efficient, offer maintenance suggestions but are never pushy, and are so freaking polite! Service is always with respect and a smile! I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Starting life over with a move is so stinkin' hard (yes, it's been months but I'm still recovering), especially when you're a creature of habit and loyal to your favorite establishments. Engaging with every new business feels risky right now, and when it involves my car, I don't mess around! Let's just say my experience here felt too good to be true. I keep replaying the tape over in my head like, "Wait, that was real?!" Yes, dreams do come true. And yes I know, this review is just for an oil change. The manager Silas-engaging, upper tech Runne-genuine & informative, lower tech David, well he was below but he deserves a shout out too cause Super Express Lube employs the best of the best. This is anything but ordinary service; morale was high and you can tell it's authentic, and if it's not, well they hired the best damn actors! read more

We've been coming here for two years now and I am always just so blown away. Just today I went in to see about an oil change because we have a big trip coming up soon but we were about 1000 miles early. I believe it was Silas who helped me out, he told me that with the milage left before our next oil change would be fine. He then offered to check all the fluids and tire pressure for the car. After a quick inspection and some air added to the tires, they told me everything looks great and to have a fun trip. It's little things like this that keep us coming back and make Super Express Lube our go to place for anything with our cars. They're a business who genuinely cares about their customers and about offering great service. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Very professional and thorough. Employees are very nice. Can get in and out quickly. A++++

Let me start by saying: THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO FOR AFFORDABLE HELP WITH YOUR CAR. My 2010 Hyundai Tucson's malfunction indicator light came on for the first time after 9 years and about 55,000 miles. I was panicked, imagining a number of scenarios. Was my engine about to fail? Had my catalytic converter been stolen? Couldn't any number of expensive car-related tragedies be tied to one little light? My first thought was to call the dealership and I did. Not only was I told that it would cost $115 for the diagnostic, but they had no available appointments until about two weeks from now. Remembering that my husband had previously gotten an excellent (and quick) oil change here, I called them to ask if they would be able to do a diagnostic. Yes, they could and for less than $21 with tax to boot! An hour later, we were at the place and several things happened: 1) We got a speedy oil change: 2) We got new windshield wipers, which were sorely need and less than $20 bucks a piece WITH installation; and 3) The problem was diagnosed as (a very small leak) and the mechanics gave us a very clear explanation of what could cause it and the cheapest things that could be tried to fix it before spending significant money. On top of that they addressed a loose hose at no charge, which may have fixed the problem that led to the light in the first place! Long story short: these guys are fantastic! They are kind, honest, and helpful, and any time I need ANYTHING done on my car, you better believe I will be calling them first! read more

I went in this morning (Tuesday at 9 am) for an oil change and I was greeted with a smile by a very knowledgeable team. I pulled into an empty bay and the team checked my lights, washed my windshield, took a look underneath my car for any concerns. They walked me through the process, notified me of my total cost of service before starting so there were no surprises. They even honored the $5 discount through yelp. I was in and out in 15 minutes and all my questions were answered. I will be back to Super Express Lube for my next oil change! read more

Great customer service from the moment you pull in until you drive away. They are quick and diligent, feel like they go the extra mile to do a good job. I've been bringing all of my vehicles to this shop even when we've had free oil change offers from dealerships. I never feel like they're being pushy or trying to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend getting your service done here. read more

There is no other place we will take our car than Super Express Lube. Dominic and his team have helped my husband and I with everything from standard oil changes, to having parts replaced and repaired. Without fail, the team is consistently friendly, fair, and most importantly, honest. They explain everything that is going on with our car in terms we can understand, and we have never felt pressured to pay for services that we may not have needed. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area to take their car here. You won't regret it. read more
