They didn't quite have enough Mobil 1 so they ordered some and called me in 30 minutes when it came in. Additionally, that they took care of all of the incidental things like windows, air pressure, etc. What made this place great is that everyone is super friendly and informative. Phenomenal service, price was a little above average $73 for 4.4qt or synthetic oil w/filter. Unfortunately my new apartment does not allow for working on your vehicles. Can't say enough amazing things about this place and the folks that work here! I moved to the area from out of state recently and needed my brakes checked about a month ago. They were transparent with the price and replaced my rear brakes in no time. Didn't try to sell me on doing my front, they knew I didn't need it. I also came back more recently, today, as I needed to send my NYS license plates back. I could NOT get one of the plates off on my own, power drill, wrenches, nothing was working. I pulled right in and they spent way more time than necessary trying to help me. They eventually got it off and didn't charge me a dime! Actually oil change is not accurate because they add in window cleaning, tire pressure check, door hinge greasing, head and tail light checks, air filter checks, wiper blade checks... all in one visit. I came in for the first oil change on a brand new vehicle and my transmission fluid was accidentally drained instead. The owner, Dominick, was very compassionate and took care of all the expenses needed: towing vehicle to dealership, Uber to car rental place, the rental itself, and the vehicle maintenance needed to replace the transmission fluid. The reason I leave a 5 star review is because of Dominick. He is an incredible owner that ensured my vehicle would be taken care of regardless of what had happened. His trust worthiness of letting me know what had happened and doing everything appropriately to ensure my vehicle did not have any damage has truly won me over. Despite what had happened, he earned a returning customer for all my vehicles because I know he will take care of me! read more

The only place I will go for an oil change anymore. They are SO nice and friendly, informative and I never feel taken advantage of. At some other places I have been they are always trying to "up sell" me ("oh, you need this filter changed" or "we really need to do xyz") but I never feel pressured in that way here. They have topped off fluids for me for free in between changes without a question and even have told me when I DID NOT need to spend extra money on certain things. I've never had a long wait either. We had our brakes serviced here. They were attentive, helpful, sincere, and trustworthy. We voiced our concerns and they took the time to explain the problem and go over the available options. We did not feel rushed or pressured and, as a result, left feeling like we made a good decision. They were knowledgable and very patient with us. We felt like they had our interest in mind, and did not feel like they were trying to up sell us... Which is big! Due to my past experiences with auto mechanics, I'm very skeptical of their recommendations and vague, rushed assessments of the cars problems and what they deem are "necessary" repairs, which are more often than not just up sells. Even earlier that day I visited two other car service dealerships and mechanics and waited around for someone to acknowledge that I was in need of help. When I was finally acknowledged they casually and tersely told me they were too busy to work on my car. They didn't offer to schedule an appointment for another day. Thanks but no thanks! Our experience at Super Lube was very positive. They talk to you like people and treat you with respect. They took their time with us, yet we're very efficient and speedy with their car service. Wow! The service here has always been excellent but over the past week, above and beyond doesn't even begin to capture my experience. I took a family member's car here for an oil change and to have the air conditioner inspected - currently broken. They inspected every part of the A/C, diagnosed the problem, suggested options, quoted a reasonable repair with a conservative approach. They worked on the vehicle for almost 2 hours and invoiced me for little of their time. They even spoke with a previous repair shop of mine in an attempt to get some parts covered under warranty. As I walked out of their shop, Silas handed me back my key fob (which was in need of repair as well). He said, "Hey, I fixed your key fob for you." And sure enough he had it securely back together at no cost. It is the little things that stick with you. That is why I will return here and tell others. Silas and their crew reminded me today the importance of listening and doing the little things to make a customer feel valued! read more

Kris knows what he's doing and I enjoyed getting what I needed without a bunch of extra sales. I don't mind at all hearing what's offered. Much better than the other place where some guy is forced to say the words on the screen. I didn't realize this was a locally owned store which automatically awards bonus points for me. I've lived in the greater Franklin/Spring Hill area for 10 years now, and I've tried several oil change places. For the most part, I'm treated like another number in line. The sooner I pay for my service and get out, the quicker the next customer can pay for theirs, and so on. I get it - it's a business and time is money. It's not rude, it's just... well, business. It was a starkly different experience for me today when I made my first ever visit to Super Express Lube. I found out about the place via the helpful reviews on Yelp, and decided to find out why people would be willing to drive from inconvenient, out-of-the-way distances to get an oil change at this place. Color me intrigued. When I pulled into their location, I was greeted by two young chaps with refreshingly positive and courteous attitudes. I sat in my car while we engaged in friendly conversation, ranging from how my engine is doing to how much I like driving a Toyota to how long their place has been doing business. Dominick (manager, son of current owner) is a sharp, humble guy and spoke to me with a lot of respect and sincerity. I never had to get out of the car while they performed the oil change, checked and changed out a tail-light that wasn't working, lubricated the hinges on all the doors, and cleaned the windshield to a spotless shine. I can tell Dominick and his team take customer service seriously, and have proven - when I compare them to all the other places I've been to - that they are the best in town. A lot of shops can change oil, but not many can make you feel like a valued customer, like they're really listening to your concerns and will remember the details of your conversation when you come back the next time. They also took the time to educate me about my car's issues while not making me feel pressured to buy extra services or products. They kindly put all of that stuff on my receipt as a suggestion for my next visit - which is great, because I won't remember them! This place is UNREAL. Here are some things I'm looking for when selecting an auto care provider: #1. INTEGRITY -- these guys are the standard. For every recommendation these gentlemen make during an oil change (ex. cabin filter), they bring your existing equipment around to your driver window to let you visually inspect it and make an informed decision. #2. ACCOUNTABILITY -- again, the standard. If these gentlemen recommend a product, they will quote you a price on the spot. If they discover during billing that they accidentally under-quoted the cost of the product, they will honor the pricing previously quoted. #3. FRIENDLINESS -- you guessed it, the standard. Your experience here will be like visiting your best friends and family... while they operate an air traffic control tower! Do yourself a favor: put down your phone and turn off the radio.
