This place is horrible. I took my car in for an oil change and came back with oil leaking. Now they claim my car was already leaking!! I would have known if my car was leaking oil!They lost my skid plate and claimed it probably felled off while I was driving. This place is a piece of shit who has no clue of how to change a car oil. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They are significantly higher then all other oil change businesses in the area. They also give you no for-warning of their higher then competition prices. What also makes them a terrible option, Is that they do not include any other services in the oil change. They recommend a filter change every time but only at a pricey additional charge. Midas will include this service in their significantly lower priced oil change. Also, on the report handed to me after the oil change, it says VACUUM FLOORS- COMPLETED. This is an utterly false lie. My floors were not even brushed. Businesses like this location should me monitored much more for providing false and misleading information to customers. read more

I had been to this location one time before for an oil change and had pretty good service, so I returned today hoping for the same. Big mistake! It couldn't have felt more rushed. I showed them a coupon I had received via e-mail, and without even looking at it the employee told me they did not accept it. Okay, fine. They then hurry through the oil change. When they give me the receipt with the summary of service, I noticed they had marked that my lights had been checked (they did NOT check my lights) and that I had declined complimentary floor vacuuming (they didn't even offer! I didn't have a chance to decline! Would have loved a vacuum). They also noted that I had an oil leak but didn't mention anything about this to me (??). FINALLY, they didn't show me the oil levels on the dipstick - isn't at least that much required? Overall, this visit was super disappointing. Nobody was friendly, everyone rushed me through. I ended up paying $50 for a standard oil-change and none of the included services... I'll definitely be taking my service somewhere else next time! It's a shame the service is so inconsistent. I give this place Zero stars if I had the option ! They suck point blank I have been going to jiffy lube for a year now and have never had such crappy service. They are unprofessional, rude and give poor service. A very sloppy job done. Everyone stood around joking, having a good Ole time instead of taking care of the customer. Going to anything automobile related when you're not a car person can be scary, and I know that I'm always a little on edge when I get my oil changed or car serviced. So my review of five stars really lets you know that the guys at Jiffy Lube made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. No one yelled at me or made me feel stupid for not knowing things about my car. It was a pretty chill experience overall. The service was pretty fast and they vacuumed the inside of my car for me, which I was not expecting! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED!!!!!!! Needed an oil change I went in. I had a $50.00 gift card and a $15.00 off coupon for an oil change. Well the guy met me outside asking what work I needed.. He recommended the High mileage and said it out be almost $80.00. I told him about my coupon and gift card. He had me go inside and talk to a lady. No problem she will take them. She totals up everything. Outs over what I had brought. I asked her to just to the standard change. She guess out and tells the guy. He proceeded to YELL that he told me the price outs not a big difference and I told him I would do it. While I'm a Glass panel away in a lobby with people. MORTIFIED. then the lady tells me I need an air filter(I changed a month ago) and I have an oil leak. And to come back in 3,000 miles. I asked where the leak was coming from. She went outside to ask the guy. He yelled RUDELY "THE ENGINE! " I haven't had any oil on my driveway. I checked before going in. Nothing.Finally Then he said front and back seals. I'm having it looked at again. With Covid and Christmas alot of people don't have the money to get extra work. And for Him to Publicly and angrily shame me. In FRONT OF EVERYONE. I went in this morning for an oil change, and ended up having them replace the cabin air filter as well since they had already taken my glovebox off and removed the air filter to show me how dirty it was and ask if I wanted it replaced (why did I pay a labor fee if they had already done all that?) well when they put my glovebox back on they did it incorrectly, and it had to be forced shut and yanked open. When I got in the car to pick it up after the oil change the glovebox was shut all the way, which tells me they must have knowingly forced it shut as that was the only way I could get it all the way closed myself. I would have to guess they did this hoping I would drive off without noticing and wouldn't bother coming back so they didn't have to mess with it. So basically, I paid $45 of labor fees to have them take 2 minutes and pop in a $10 filter and not correctly reinstall the glovebox that they had already taken off before I approved the air filter change - that means NO extra labor for them whatsoever - and I still had to bring my car back a second time for them to fix their mistake. What did I pay $45 for? I gave 2 stars because the lady that fixed the glovebox when I came back was polite, quick, and apologetic, but I will never be leaving my car with Jiffy Lube again. read more

As a longtime, content customer of Jiffy Lube, I was absolutely appalled and flabbergasted by my service today at the Donelson location. I came to get a simple light bulb for my turn signal around 5 pm. Little did I know that I would leave with a $150 new car battery, power steering issues, unfixed signal light, check engine light, and some rhetoric to take my car to a different shop to repair my new problems. My car literally just passed the state's emissions test two days ago! I didn't have any issues before taking my car to this shop. I come to this shop every time for my oil change. The guy who worked on my car called himself "Peanut". He had been working on my car for at least an hour until I had to ask him, "What is going on with my car?" He told me that he may have left the car lights on in the car which caused the battery in my car to die. He said that he's been trying to charge the battery, but didn't have any success. He suggested that I buy a new battery because there wasn't a way to move my car if I didn't have a working battery. Apparently, the shop would also have to keep my old battery. After this exchange, he said that I would need a new light socket and that I could pick it up at any auto store. He claimed that once a signal goes off in a Saturn, it affects many different areas of the car. He said that as long as I get this replaced, my car will work fine. Before driving off, I noticed that my dash board and inside lights of my car were off. I also saw sign that said "Power Steering". Peanut explained that I was having this issue because of the light socket and that once it's replaced, my car would be function again. Since he was the expert, I took him at his word. He extoled that I could drive my car home just fine, though I would just need to put a little extra muscle in my turns. After leaving the shop, I was terrified! I would never ever recommend anyone driving a vehicle with "power steering" signs. It's completely dangerous and unprofessional. I can't believe I would actually be instructed to leave this shop with my car in this condition with no resolution to fix it. I shouldn't be told that I need to go another shop to fix an issue that you created! The shop seemed more than willing to sell me a product and then push me out the door. Lastly, I spoke to Brian the warranty on the battery. He said that it has a two-year warranty, but none of that information is written anywhere. I asked him to write it on my receipt because If someone tells me that I have a warranty, I better have some evidence to prove it. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to come to this Jiffy Lube in Donelson. If Peanut did something wrong to my car, I hope that he owns up to it and fixes it appropriately. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with Jiffy Lube considering that my previous encounters have been pleasant. I hope other customers won't have to share similar misfortunes. read more
