I took my car here for a new ac compressor in 2022. Was told that the only way to get the warranty…read morewas to get a new condenser as well. I agreed and they put it on. A week or so later, I'm back in there to get a second compressor because they overcharged it with freon and burned it up. It works again for about a week before it goes out again and I am so frustrated that I don't take it back to let them look at it until this year. Choosing to suffer through the heat wave of '23 with no ac simply because I didn't want to deal with the rude guys at the desk. I only returned this year at the urging of a coworker who agreed to come with me to attempt to get this sorted. They said that all the parts were lifetime warranty which was another reason I chose to go back. They found a leak in the system and replaced a valve as well as recharged the system. It worked. Until it started blowing hot again. So, today, the same coworker and I take my car back to get them to look at it. The guy who gives it a look this time accused me of taking it to another shop all because the condenser - that they put on in 2022 with the original compressor- doesn't appear on their records. I told him that I hadn't taken it to another shop but he wasn't believing me and essentially told me that my warranty was void. I will not be returning to this business. And I will warn everyone about this experience.

It was as if there was zero power assist. I thought maybe my fluid needed flushing so I bought a kit and flushed it myself. Still the same issue. Then I read about the steering knuckle sometimes needing lubrication, so I lubricated it. No improvement. Finally I looked at the belts. Both belts were so loose I could easily twist them nearly 180 degrees with my fingers. The max should be between 45 and 90 degrees. I tightened them myself and have not had a single issue since.

I went in for an alignment because my car was pulling. My car was on the rack for about five minutes. I mean everything replaced I spent $2900 doing so. So what he said made zero sense. And then offering me a $600 service for something that wasn't needed. Yeah right, I went down the street to discount tire I examined my tire rods myself. I had their technicians look at it and I got everything zeroed in. Not only did they try to pull a quick one. They sent me home with another $2700 recommended service sheet. Again, none of this made any type of sense. On top of that the attitude from the man at the desk was completely unacceptable.
