Service has truly taken a dive in recent months. Based on that reality I tend not to go there very often... must be new ownership or management because they use to do a good job. Today I tried it again and was very disappointed. Other people present were complaining they were only asking for what they paid for... As for myself I paid $49 bucks today and ended up doing must myself and no one even bothered to help me out. Water was still all over my truck which streaks and makes spots and the wheel wells were still filthy. Terrible service, terrible wash... no one cares, those kids are basically hanging out and getting paid for it. read more

I took my big Ford F350 diesel truck with a TALL camper shell on it through their wash today and it worked great. I also had them vacuum it out. It was my first time there and everyone was very helpful, courteous and friendly. read more

When I went to get the full service wash yesterday, I was greeted by a human rather than a machine. Informed they were under new management, my full service wash had jumped to $36.98 from about 25 bucks. I told them that I needed the wash but for that amount it would be my last one there. My main reason to get it done was to include wiping the inside of the windshield and I still had to do it myself when I got home to get the smudges off. For that price I would expect a near-perfect experience. Not really close. I guess it's back to doing it myself. read more

My wife, the Marvelous Maxine, spent $45 on a so-so car wash only to get her wind shield broken in the process. Reese Coats says they won't replace it even though they broke it. On a different note, my daughter, the Wonderful Chloe Kell baby child also got her car washed, but at @Gwatney in North Little Rock and it resulted in a broken wind shield as well. However, Gwatney is going to fix the windshield. Splash Car Wash Conway you should be more like Gwatney and value you customers. read more

They used to offer a free car wash and clean the inside of your car if you got your oil changed. After $70 for the oil change they said they don't do that anymore...unless you provide your cell phone number. ...I suspect so they can send advertising and sell my numbers to others. Walmart's oil change is considerably less and I can get a great car wash with free vacuum's for $10 read more

I came in for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and to have my filters checked. The service man was prompt and courteous. He informed me they did not have my filter in stock (not a huge deal, my model has that issue). I said I would return Tuesday for my filter to be replaced. About 20 minutes later the service man called me out again and informed me 2 of my tire studs on one of my tires had "broken" when he was putting them back on. I only have 4 total per wheel so I was very concerned for safety. He informed me of a local shop down the road that would replace them and "to tell them to charge us for it". I agreed and continued to wait for another 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes had passed he came over and said "my manager would like to speak with you." Once outside the manager said they had followed "proper procedure" and they would "not be liable for replacing them" (i.e. 'tough shit we broke them, we aren't paying for it!' basically). He accused of the previous people who had installed my tires (a very reliable and well known shop in town) for having installed them incorrectly. While I was willing to forgive the serviceman for the mistake and be understanding, I did not appreciate the managers response and now I am out an additional $75 for the replacements (aside from driving unsafely across town). It's easy to say "we didn't do anything wrong!" when there were no witnesses and frankly of course the manager isn't going to accept liability. I would advise everyone to avoid this location for any service needs outside of a basic wash! I will never be returning and I hope you will not return either. read more

My car was damaged in their best wash ($18) at the time of the accident I had a damage report that was signed by the employee on duty to affirm my car was damaged in the wash. I have called the store many times, the store never called me back, visited multiple times as they told me to, never made any progress, I was finally able to talk to the local manager "Shea" who lied to me multiple times and was of no help. I called their main office in little rock and talked to their Vice President of operations Jesse Rodrigues who made a appointment to see me the next day, he was a no show. And since has avoided all contact with me Best I got is they offered to refund me for my wash. I work with a construction crew that operates mostly in the heights building and remodeling the most expensive houses in little rock, when my car was damaged I was showing my favorite wash to my boss as he just bought a new bmw, needless to say I or anyone else on my good sized crew will not be using splash car washes or recommending them. read more

We dropped off our minivan to be cleaned (primarily the inside). We were met by a friendly guy who heard what we wanted which consisted of a good vacuum (especially under the seats) and wipe down. We were told they did not shampoo carpets. We paid for the package he suggested which was $35 (apparently their best package). We told him we were leaving and would be back a couple of hours later. 2 hours later we arrived back and the job they did cleaning the inside was pathetic. The seats were not pulled up and vacuumed under and even dirt out in the wide open was not vacuumed up. It also did not look like anything had been wiped down, much less the seats he said would be done. Upon pointing this out to who I believe was the same guy we dropped the car off with he said give him 20 minutes and he would vacuum and clean it again. They did do a much better job the second time around, but nothing spectacular and we had to wait 20 minutes. They seem to have nice friendly employees, but did a pathetic job cleaning my vehicle. To be completely fair the van was fairly dirty and the price was cheap, but I'd rather pay much more and have a bang up job done the first time. read more
