Luckily- we have a positive relationship with this local Firestone. They are quick, professional and have taken very good care of me and my wife. This place is an absolute joke. I have a nice Honda Accord 145,000 miles that is routinely serviced and very well maintained. They have probably the most lazy and scummy people. I went in for an alignment because my car was pulling. My car was on the rack for about five minutes. The man I spoke to came out of the shop and told me that my tire rods are loose so they can't give me an alignment. About 10 months ago I had the whole front end rebuilt. I mean everything replaced I spent $2900 doing so. So what he said made zero sense. And then offering me a $600 service for something that wasn't needed. Yeah right, I went down the street to discount tire I examined my tire rods myself. I had their technicians look at it and I got everything zeroed in. Not only did they try to pull a quick one. They sent me home with another $2700 recommended service sheet. Again, none of this made any type of sense. On top of that the attitude from the man at the desk was completely unacceptable. And there was none when I was face-to-face with him. But over the phone, what a complete dbag. If you live in Conway, screw this place go to discount tire. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My belt broke traveling through and arrived 3 hours before they closed. I was stranded 2 hours from home and was told they did not have time to help me and didn't know if they could get the belt I needed. I walked to Oreilly's and bought the belt myself. The job shows to take 0.7 hours labor time per Alldata. They still offered no help knowing I was stranded. Horrible service, no compassion or care. I'm done using Firestone!!! I had them replace my rear brakes and rotors and now less than 18 months later I need them replaced again. Even though I have a warranty, I still have to shell out $150 for labor for them to put the same crappy parts on my SUV.....NOPE, Absolutely not!!! They somehow managed to squeeze $400 out of my wife for a diagnostic fee and a coil pack. I also had to replace every single lugnut because their techs tightened them with the socket halfway on the nuts and they kept getting stuck in my sockets at home and some wound up stripped. Will absolutely not be bringing either of my vehicles back here and they can take their warranties and shove them up their a$$es read more

I had my spark plugs changed out for new ones because my suv was misfiring every time I revved up my engine to much. They are getting 2 stars because, while not as bad as it was, my suv is STILL misfiring if I rev up my engine to much. Clearly the issue was not fully fixed. Not thrilled that I paid over 600.00 bucks for a job to only be half fixed, what a bummer. read more

Always a great experience getting my oil changed here. If you make an appointment, you're not waiting for longer than an hour. My vehicle requires full synthetic oil which can be expensive, but they usually have a promo going on which makes it affordable. Only downside is that they do overcharge for small things like air filters etc. But great place for a quick oil change! read more

When I went to pick up my car they said they had done a __ point courtesy check on my vehicle. (Which was impossible since they had only had it for 20 minutes while it was on the rack getting new tires). One of the recommended items that was checked. was a cabin air filter. I had just replaced the filter two weeks ago. You have to disassemble the glove compartment to get to it. In addition to the air filter, they had $1,100 in recommended service items from their "through" check of the vehicle. The irony--the quote over the door from the founder, Mr. Firestone, was about honesty. read more

Hats off to Taylor Jordan, Store Manager and his whole team. My husband and I were in Conway AR to attend a funeral, 600 miles from home, when our car developed a noticeable gas line leak on a Saturday afternoon. The Chevy dealership and other places were closed, but luckily for us, the Firestone Store at 711 Front St in Conway was opened, and Taylor, the store manager, asked if we could drive over (which we could do) and he would at least examine our car, which he did at no charge. The good news - he could fix it - the bad news he had to order the part and he couldn't even do it until Monday. Short version: we rented a car and drove home, and the following Friday, I drove back to Conway AR, and picked up my repaired car. Throughout the week, Taylor kept me updated on ordering the part, receiving the part, and installation. Price was exactly what was quoted. Even though I may never visit Firestone in Conway, AR again, Taylor treated me and my husband like he would treat his most repeat customers. . . .If you are in Conway, and want to be treated fairly . . . with courtesy, and be truly listened to . . . go this Firestone on Front Street. read more

Took my car here for repairs because frankly I had no choice. I had a firestone credit card and didn't have any cash to take it anywhere else. Took it in to have it checked out and for a oil change and to find out what was causing a noise. They said I had a coolant leak (which it turns out I did) and that I needed a new water pump. So I paid 500.00 for the water pump and they also said the noise was being caused by a bad ball joint and I needed to fix that as well. So that's another 275.00 due to them also having to align the car when fixing this so I said Ok. Get the car home, and I notice a leak coming from the front left side of my car and wouldn't ya know it was coolant. Now when I took my car in there, there were no leaks at all in my cement drive way but as soon as I get it back, leaks. And that ball joint that was supposed to fix the noise in my front end, DID NOT. The exact same clunk noise is there when i get on bumpy roads. So they did nothing but make my car worse except for the oil change and water pump. Plus they said I needed another 2000.00 worth of work and another mechanic told me i didn't need half of that crap. Great, honest, friendly service! Reasonable prices. Helpful, knowledgable staff. They will discuss recommended repairs, but they've always been accurate and haven't pushed any service on me. On more than one occasion, the mechanic has gone out of his way and spent extensive time dealing with the miscellaneous complications my older car now has. He has even driven to local auto parts shops for materials needed to extract seized bolts and has replaced parts broken in the process of repairs (likely due to preexisting wear and the ridiculously tight configuration of mechanism components on so many import cars from the 90s). On any of these occasions, they could have cheated me by charging for extra work or lied and said they'd found additional broken components. Instead they honestly tell me what happened, educate me on what had to be done, show me what was done, and never charge me more than the initial agreed upon price.
