There was a bunch of dog hair and a spill inside on the Headliner and that was mostly fine and cleaned (still not the best for what we ended up paying and for the half a day it took) but the nooks and crannies of the car: under the center console, the center dash cubbie had old dried gunk on it clearly visible, there was damage to the left door plastics where he clearly sprayed something that degraded the plastic away or left a white film on top. He was super rude when shown these issues and we still had to pay 250 even though the inside isn't clean and he didn't wash the outside at ALL. Called to see what could be done and got told "you have some problems" and got hung up on. Recorded the phone call for the manager/owner to have the dignity to deal with his employees himself without the he said she said.
