I ended up waiting there for almost two hours just for an oil change, and the technician promised me a $20 discount for the wait -- but when everything was done, I never got it. Not long after I left, I discovered that the technician had forgotten to reinstall the oil drain plug. All of the oil leaked out of my car, leaving a huge oily mess all over my driveway. To make it even worse, I found a mechanic's glove left under my hood -- which just shows how careless the service was. I've called and left messages multiple times, but no one from the shop has reached out or offered any help. My car is still sitting in my driveway, completely undrivable, and there's the possibility of engine damage now. I understand mistakes can happen, but this kind of negligence can cause serious engine damage and property loss. I've reached out to the shop for a resolution and hope they take full responsibility -- both for the car and the cleanup. I'm sharing this so others double-check their work before leaving. I truly hope Take 5 improves its quality control and accountability moving forward.

The only complaint I had was I had to tell the person I wanted a different oil twice instead of Pennzoil.. Also it's a little more steep here for oil changes compared to where I'm from. Lube, oil, and filter for 4.2 quarts of Mobile 1 was $90!! But hey I guess that's the price you pay for convenience. My only advice "like I stated" be more clear with the customer and ask them everything; from oil to tire pressure. Other than that I'll be back extremely honest and friendly!

I also came here for new tires and they messed up one of my tire sensor that I had to go to another auto shop to have another shop fix my sensor. When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. I pointed to the list of services they had posted on the wall behind them which listed the service. The employees don't even know what they offer. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.

I went in for an alignment because my car was pulling. My car was on the rack for about five minutes. The man I spoke to came out of the shop and told me that my tire rods are loose so they can't give me an alignment. About 10 months ago I had the whole front end rebuilt. I mean everything replaced I spent $2900 doing so. So what he said made zero sense. And then offering me a $600 service for something that wasn't needed. Yeah right, I went down the street to discount tire I examined my tire rods myself. I had their technicians look at it and I got everything zeroed in. Not only did they try to pull a quick one. A week or so later, I'm back in there to get a second compressor because they overcharged it with freon and burned it up. It works again for about a week before it goes out again and I am so frustrated that I don't take it back to let them look at it until this year. Choosing to suffer through the heat wave of '23 with no ac simply because I didn't want to deal with the rude guys at the desk. I only returned this year at the urging of a coworker who agreed to come with me to attempt to get this sorted. They said that all the parts were lifetime warranty which was another reason I chose to go back. They found a leak in the system and replaced a valve as well as recharged the system. It worked. Until it started blowing hot again. So, today, the same coworker and I take my car back to get them to look at it. The guy who gives it a look this time accused me of taking it to another shop all because the condenser - that they put on in 2022 with the original compressor- doesn't appear on their records. I told him that I hadn't taken it to another shop but he wasn't believing me and essentially told me that my warranty was void. I will not be returning to this business. And I will warn everyone about this experience.
