I entered my make/model and received a tire recommendation. I was able to see details for each tire such performance and mileage, and cost. The site was extremely mobile friendly. MY VISIT - CHECK IN The check was great. The checker was friendly and knowledgeable. My car received a ticket that was used by the salesperson who rang up my services. When selecting my tire I saw the same details as I saw in the website and these things were covered by the salesperson. In the end I was provided an estimated wait time. MY VISIT - SERVICE PROCESS Because of COVID I was able to sit in my car until it was ready to be pulled into a bin. The specialist came up and told me which bin to pull in to. I then left and sat in the waiting area. The area was VERY spaced out and comfortable. My car was serviced faster than I think I've ever had it done (one tire was being replaced). When it was ready, i was escorted to the bin and I pulled my car out and left. When I tell you, everyone was friendly?! These are professionals. They have their process together! They told me that they had availability at 2pm, so it was a good idea to bring it in as soon as possible. I brought it in just before noon. I spent 6 hours at the mall, waiting for a call. I only got an update when I called them at 6:10pm. They said the mechanic just got under my car. I told them, "okay, I will walk back over." They called back a couple minutes later and said "they were able to start it, but not finish it. So do you want to leave it overnight with us?" I said, "haha, no, because I need to get home... so if you guys can just put the car parts back and then I will bring it back tomorrow... that would be great. They said "okay." I get back there and said I was there to pick up my car and "it was my mistake to not take that 2pm appointment, so I want to set up an appointment for tomorrow." Another guy walked in and said, "oh, your car isn't drivable. Did Sean not tell you?" I said, "No, the only time I got an update was when *I* called you." He said, "oh, yeah, the whole shifting cable needs to be replaced and we can't even call about that until Monday because it's a dealership part." First of all, I don't usually go to this mechanic because the last time I was there (which was over 5 years ago) they were super condescending to me and I left there in tears. I only came back here because it was the closest mechanic to me that was open on a Saturday. Secondly, I told them I had an appointment to replace my front brakes, and they nicely offered me a sale on their brakes, which I was going to take since the only thing I came in for was a simple bushing replacement. The guy who I dropped my car off with was nice and is the only reason this isn't a 1 star rating. Third, I don't know how mechanic hours work, but why start a bumper to bumper inspection if you can't finish the job? Because I drove the car there just fine, they MADE IT not driveable. So because of them, I had to walk home because the only person who could help me was in Rome at the time and I wasn't going to take an Uber because I need to save up all the money I can in order to afford this mechanic bill that I expect is going to cost around $500 based on a quick google search on how much a shifting cable costs, not to mention, labor... I won't return to Firestone again. I can see why they have such a low rating on here. Should have listened to by gut and not gone back. A friend of mine who works security at the mall also said Firestone will keep the security vehicle at the garage for over a week sometimes, and they need that security vehicle for their job. Edit: I am going to add a star because they remedied the situation, and I am very thankful. The mechanic, Sean, personally called to apologize to me, and they only charged me for the inspection, considering the part that needed to be replaced was a recalled part by the manufacturer.

We had to unexpectedly be towed to a local hotel and stay the night. When the tow truck driver dropped our car at the hotel at midnight, I didn't know how I was going to get it to Discount Tire in the morning after they opened. They were a mile away from the hotel. I called in the morning and spoke w/ Terry. He sent Cole to the hotel to put a spare on the car, take our tire back, fix it, and allow us to drive over on our own to reinstall it. They then removed all the remaining tires to check for additional damage before sending us on our way. All of this was covered by our Tire Certificates!
