It was 97 degrees and we were in a parking lot on the side of the road in a small town. Next we called Michael Phillips Wrecker Service and he said he could be there in 90 minutes. He was there inside of 90 minutes. Michael was polite and efficient. He took great care of our car and got us to the tire shop. I didn't want a tow to Little Rock from there and so we ended the call. Minutes later I get a call from an employee that said he was on his way to help. Turns out that I didn't need a key, but the the threads we stripped. Mike didn't charge me anything even though I got his out of his house at 8:00 PM. I would trust these guys every single time!

I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in

They allowed us to leave the trailer behind their shop while they hunted for replacement parts for the truck. The manager even used his own car to take us to a nearby hotel where we stayed until the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about the care we received from Total Tire and Automotive. He even had an LLC. He arrived within the 20 minute ETA he gave me. His work ethic and knowledge was obvious right away. The guy hustled without rushing carelessly. He knew his job and did it well. He went above and beyond by offering and coming back 3 days later to put the battery back in my car so charge so I could charge it fully in my house. Price was also less than others charged yet also he includes running a full diagnosis on the car included in that price! I'll never call anyone else!

Then to my amazement he turned around and reopened the doors for us. The guy's a little slow but you can tell his legs giving a lot of problem. After he got started he made us feel like we're part of the family he talked to us while he was working he kept us laughing the whole time. They got the car right in and I got a call about what the problem was. The brake repair needed, time frame and cost were all included in the call. They were able to evaluate and fix the problem very quickly so we were back in the road.
