They wanted to help, but they did not have a light bar to go on the trailer, and they would not tow it "illegally" and risk my equipment getting hit while they were towing it. I called another company who eagerly accepted the tow. When the other driver had it all hooked up, I asked about a light bar. He said they didn't have one. I appreciate the integrity of J.T. Towing by not accepting something they couldn't do legally and giving up the income from the tow. Even though they did not tow me, I appreciate their integrity. I'm sure they will be just as honest with you.

AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire. (So glad this all happened only a mile away from an exit with everything needed to make this easier!) He didn't only do his job but recognized my need for someone to show they understand being human and helping them be seen when life happens.
