AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire. (So glad this all happened only a mile away from an exit with everything needed to make this easier!)
