Sent an obviously INEXPERIENCED young guy OR MAYBE THAT'S JUST HOW THEY DO WORK. He actually said a floor was unlevel and sloped without a test! He didn't even roll a pen across the floor. We showed him evidence it was level, which he ignored! He then refused to speak with us. Couldn't get any ruder. Everything he wrote up was a lie.
