Some of those were even in common areas for water damage, like where the water heater was located and the washing machine was at. He also gave bad information to the listing agent about his findings, which was in the seller's favor not the person who hired him. The price he charged for the added service was not worth it since I did half of the work for him and he left half of the damage out. Would not recommend for water damage / mold inspection. Porch kept spamming me with calls/emails and the attitude of their salespeople was very scammy. The house was vacant, because the seller moved out of state before the house was listed, so nobody was living there. The first day of our occupation of the house, upon arrival I urinated in one of the toilets (no toilet paper used) and the toilet backed up when flushed. Plunger did not help so we called a plumber. The plumber found that the toilet was not even bolted to the floor. Joe had nothing about this in his report. When I asked Joe about it, Joe lied and told me he did a wobble test and the toilet did not move. He also said it flushed just fine. I saw the plumber easily move the toilet sideways on the floor. It's one thing to miss something and make a mistake; its another thing to lie about it. Find an honest home inspector.
