He went over what was more important and of higher priority. Compared to the other places, which quoted me ridiculous prices before even looking at my car, ATL's approach was far more satisfactory. In short, I've recommended this place to my friends and family and have had my cars serviced here several times. I appreciated the efficiency. Of note they do charge a 3% credit card fee. A lot of places do that nowadays, but that was really the only "surprise." They also offer a basic inspection ($12, basics to renew car reg) or a more thorough one for $18 where they check your wipers and lights etc.

When I asked him what that comment was about, he turned around and tried to gaslight us by claiming we said we didn't want to pay -- which was not true.
