I waited for like 30 minutes in front of the garage. No one was here waiting, garage is open. No one walked out, called customer support and they couldn't get a hold. Must all hate working here

How I found the cap after opening the hood while stranded on the side of the road

Spent 2+ hours waiting on the side of the road for a tow and nearly ruined my engine because of this place. Went for an oil change, and as I discovered the hard way later in the day, Marquis and team left the coolant cap open on my radiator/engine. My temperature warning light suddenly came on as I was halfway to work, and I pulled over to find coolant splattered absolutely everywhere, the coolant tank nearly empty, and the cap open. My engine overheated and could have been seriously damaged due to this negligence. I'm actually still waiting on the tow right now, and will now have to spend extra money for more coolant, on top of losing out on pay from the shift I missed at work because of this. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

War F.

Took my Toyota Prius in for an oil change. Right after that I drove from FL to NY. When I arrived in NY The car was completely empty of oil. When I inspected under the car, I noticed there was no oil drain plug gasket. Instead, there was some sort of blue silicon around the drain plug and all the oil had leaked out. They do one thing all day, change oil. They still couldn't get that right.

There is also a pre-wash station so you can scrub some of those spots so they have a time to soak which is really great and makes it easier for the Attendant as well so that they can hit really hard spots that didn't loosen for you so you get a better wash overall. Fast, efficient, clean, and thorough! This dog is indeed on top.

The young man working the wash tunnel said they will give each customer (2) towels to take home and wash themselves because they can no longer provide them for daily use because so many were being stolen. I'm disappointed in the people that are taking their microfiber towels but it's unrealistic to think that I am going to remember to wash and put these towels back into my van every week. Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. It looks like it's been sold to MISTER Car Wash.

The van had ongoing suspension issues, vibration, and brake noises that made driving stressful--and sometimes frightening. We went from shop to shop, but the results were always the same: slightly better for a while, but never fixed. Anytime we returned with concerns, we were treated like a burden. We kept hearing, "that's just the way these vans are," while our tires wore out quickly and the noise got louder. It left us frustrated, worried, and unsure what to do. We searched again and found Marty's Automotive Longwood. We were skeptical, but from the moment we walked in, we could tell it was different. They listened. They asked smart, relevant questions. They took our concerns seriously. And they showed real confidence that their team could solve the problem. They communicated with us immediately and kept us informed throughout the repair process--something we are absolutely not used to. They set expectations honestly and delivered exactly what they promised. We dropped off a van that felt unsafe...and within a few days, we picked up a vehicle that drives better than it has in years. The improvement was dramatic. There was no pressure to do extra repairs, no upselling, no talking down to us. Just respect, honesty, transparency, and excellent workmanship. Marty's Automotive Longwood has earned our complete trust. We'll be regular customers from now on and confidently recommend them for any of your repair needs.

After driving it around Los Angeles for a few days, my husband felt we should ship it or tow it with a rented truck and car carrier because of its age, mileage and not knowing the car's mechanical and repair history, which makes a lot of common sense but was cost prohibitive. Because of my sense of adventure, I talked him into a one way road trip from LA with the car after promising to have it evaluated with a reputable mechanic once we got home. We drove it to Orlando after buying it a new battery, windshield wipers and got an oil change. I had seen a lot of positive Nextdoor posts about Mike the Mechanic in Winter Garden, so I went there yesterday for a detailed inspection because of things we noticed about the car during the road trip home. When I made the appointment with Brad, he told me to bring him a list of things I thought needed special attention in addition to the general inspection. After doing so when I returned on appointment day and after the mechanic's inspection, Brad sat down with me and patiently explained to me in terms I could understand line by line what all his mechanic said was wrong, including the function of each part, to the point it just didn't make sense to spend any more money on the car, especially since the worst problem was a fuel line leak, which explains the constant smell of gas in the car that I dismissed as accidental gas spill before we took possession. Needless to say I was shocked because we never saw any exterior floor leaks after parking the car wherever we went but somehow miraculously made it home safely by the Grace of God, sometimes driving on I-10 with speeds over 80mph in Texas. All of the other things wrong were fixable but the cost of fixing EVERYTHING would equal the cost of 3 of the same type used car. I've heard so many horror stories about how mechanics take advantage of women, so being an elderly woman I was very impressed and appreciative of Brad's (and the mechanic's) honest assessment because to look at the car and the fact it was driveable for such a long distance on the highways over a week, you would never know so much was wrong. He also suggested that if I am interested in buying a used car, bring it in for an inspection for free before signing on the dotted line. Saying all that to say I won't be using Mike the Mechanic or any other mechanic to work on my unsafe inherited car but will use him for our other cars. HONESTY is their virtue so quality is a given. I recommend calling Brad for an appointment at Mike the Mechanic, (407) 877-3933, 1143 E Plant St Winter Garden, FL 34787.

They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. We will definitely be going back to Mikes!
