When we asked someone working there about it he said, "They like it that way." It used to be a pleasant, calm, relaxing place to finish drying off and cleaning the inside of the car. Now I don't think I could hear myself inside the car with the windows up. Definitely changed the experience, for the worse.

As soon as you pull up, you go through the automatic washer situation - while sitting in it! So fun! So colorful! Then, you can vacuum your car yourself for free once you pay. I had pulled up to the monitor and gate and the "attendant" was busy chatting with another "under employed" individual, so rather than listen in on their banter, I began to select the car wash I wanted from the screen specifically designed for customer use and prepared to enter my credit card. The attendant noticed and physically swiped at my arms with a frenetic motion, nearly making physical contact with me. He said "let me do that". I would have, except he wasn't interested in working prior to this. I put the car into reverse and left. I won't pay and promote this sort of behavior at any establishment. Send them home and let the machines do their jobs.

I had my window rolled down and explained that I couldn't hear, but the man threw down his hose and hat in frustration with me and continued screaming at me. I finally got my car in position -- much shaken up -- and made it through. When I got to the exit, the younger blond man was there apologizing profusely for his coworker's behavior. I get that we all have bad days, but this was bad. This shall, however, be the last time I visit that location; I have no desire to encounter that "gentleman" again.

The service bay was cluttered with parts, tools, and supplies laying on around on the floor. The customer waiting area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while - complete with chairs with torn upholstery and broken parts. To top it off - the guy running the cash register and an employee got in to verbal fight complete with strong profanity right there in the customer lounge where customers were sitting.
