We were trying to get 800+ more miles for school before Monday, and Justin wasn't even scheduled to reopen til Monday morning. Instead he came in on Saturday, diagnosed the problem, sourced a new alternator that same day, and delivered us to our vehicle in his own truck that night so we could get on the road Sunday morning. And this was more economical than anything else we've been quoted; in fact, we spent around $400 more on our last alternator, and benefitted from Justin's incredible service, to boot.
