My wife and daughter were driving through Huntingdon, TN when the truck they were driving began…read morehaving problems. They called me and I searched the internet for a mechanic in the area that could give them some help. I contacted Andy's Auto Repair and spoke with Dan. He said he would be happy to drive to the local Wal-Mart parking lot, where they were, and check the truck. Dan did exactly that, and he was able to advise my wife of her problems. My wife said that Dan was a very knowledgeable young man and one of the nicest people she has met. My wife decided to have here mechanic tow the truck the next day. Dan refused payment for the help he rendered my Wife and Daughter, saying it was the policy of Andy's Auto Repair to not charge for diagnostics. In my opinion this is extraordinary, and shows the true honor and professional qualities of this company. I don't live in Huntingdon, but if I did, this would be my auto repair service company. I offer my highest personal recommendations to Andy's Auto Repair and the folks like Dan that work there.

A family member got work done on her car here. The front end was not right. Her car was shaking so…read morebad that she had to hold the steering wheel tightly with both hands just to drive. They told her to bring it in and it would take a few hours. Less than an hour later they claimed it was fixed. She drove it home and it was no better. A few days later she took it to Co-Op in Camden and Donnie and the guys there had to do some major repairs to the previous work done by Reynolds as well as replace the front tires due to the damage that the alignment and other work caused to the tires. After she called Reynolds there response was just horrible. Makes me think if the work they did was correct wor on another family members car that caused a fatal accident?
