He was so very polite and caring in what I was interested in. He never tried to push any other vehicle on me while I was there. We found the car that i had originally came to look at and purchase. We took it for a test drive. As we were coming back into the lot, I could here a slight "miss" in it and asked him if he also heard it. He agreed that he did. I really wanted to take it home with me anyway because I liked it so much but Mr. McKnight said, "I just couldn't in good conscious let you drive this car home after hearing that "miss" we heard in it; even though it's probably not anything major wrong with it at all. Why don't you let me look around the lot and find you an automobile that will not only make you happy but also one that is free of any problems or "missing" sounds." I agreed, and he put us in his office, made us comfortable with coffee and went on his way searching for my car. We hadn't been sitting there for very long before Mr. McKnight came and said, "I think I have found the perfect car for you! He handed me the keys and told me to take a test run in it and see what I thought. My husband and I got into the car and went up the road a little ways, then returned. I was ecstatic with it! Mr. McKnight was waiting on us when we got back. I'm sure he knew by the smile on my face, it was apparent to how much I liked it! He then gave me the price on it which I couldn't believe, and sent it to the back to be cleaned up. When my 2010 Mazda CX7 returned from being cleaned up, I honestly couldn't believe it was the same vehicle! The dark blue color seemed to change in the sunlight! It was a gorgeous car, with extra features, and new tires. I was even happier with this car than I was with the one I had originally drove there to look at and purchase! I had a wonderful experience at Steve Marsh Ford in Milan and was pleased with my car I purchased but it is the fantastic customer service that we received with Mr. Robert McKnight that will be the determining factor that brings me back for my next automobile I purchase! I was not aquainted with Steve Marsh, Mr. McKnight, or any other employee who works there prior to my visit; nor was I compensated or paid in any way for my review given here. What I have written in this review is the honest and heartfelt way I feel in reference to the kind treatment I received last Wednesday while purchasing my vehicle. Thanks to all at Steve Marsh Ford!
