Wish I could give zero stars. I had a very poor experience with Integrity Auto Diesel Repair and…read morewould not recommend them. I brought my 2024 F-450 in for exhaust and EGR-related work. From the beginning, we agreed on a set price, and I was told the truck would be completed the same day as long as I dropped it off when they opened. I did that, but the truck was not worked on that day at all. I was also told the work and tuning would be handled in-house. Instead, my truck was driven about 30 minutes away without my permission or being told ahead of time, so someone else could tune it. After that, they still did not complete their part of the work until about four days after I originally dropped it off. When I picked the truck up, they then told me the tune plug was not included, even though it was discussed as part of the set price. On top of that, my paint-matched front grille was damaged in multiple spots, and it looked like no care was taken around the truck. The biggest issue happened immediately after leaving the shop. Less than a mile down the road, I heard rattling. I checked underneath and found that the exhaust was missing bolts and the exhaust hangers were not installed. That is something that should have been caught during a proper test drive after the work was completed. I turned around and brought it back, and even though this was their mistake, they did not treat it with urgency. I had to sit there for over an hour while they worked on other vehicles first. There was also a drivability issue after the work was done. The truck would surge while cruising at certain speeds, with the RPMs fluctuating up and down. When I brought it up, I was told it was probably fine, and they even tried saying my transmission may be bad. This is a 2024 truck with only about 25,000 miles and it has never towed. The issue was not there before the work was done. They never figured it out. I later found out the truck needed a TCU tune because the added power required increased transmission pressure. That should have been known by a shop doing this kind of work. I also had to ask multiple times, around four or five times, just to receive the tune files. When I asked questions about the tuning, they said they did not know because it was not done in-house, even though I was originally told everything would be handled in-house. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Between the delays, the truck being taken elsewhere without my approval, the price disagreement, the damaged grille, the missing exhaust bolts/hangers, the empty secondary coolant reservoir, and the unresolved drivability issue, I had nothing but problems. I paid for convenience because I did not want to work on my brand-new truck myself, but I ended up dealing with more issues than if I had just done it myself. I would not take my truck back here, and I would strongly recommend others be careful before trusting them with their vehicle.

They did admit to damaging the radiator but they were able to source a new one and have it installed before we got there. They gave us a deadline and they worked hard to make that deadline. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish, they had a big job knocked out in 2 days. The injectors and all the fuel system had to be replaced. Kudos to this shop for making it happen for us!!

Fortunately, I still had my 2007 Lincoln Navigator, which I had bought a couple of months earlier to tow my boat after being told the engine had been replaced with a rebuilt engine. When I had to travel to Jackson for a conference, I got in the Navigator and headed out. I live just east of Nashville, and by the time I reached Jackson, the SUV would not go faster than 65 miles per hour, even with the gas pedal pushed all the way to the floor. It also used an entire tank of gas just to get there. Because it was the weekend, no one was available to look at the vehicle until Monday, so I had to stay in Jackson an extra day. While searching online, I found Luke -- and in my opinion, he should walk around with a halo over his head. I am a senior citizen, and I have lived all over the country. I can honestly say that I have never in my life met a man as knowledgeable about cars, and as honest, as Luke. I only wish he would move to my part of the state. He spent almost an hour showing me on his computer exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. In that short time, I learned more about cars than I thought I knew. After he explained everything, I made the decision to replace the motor with a new one. Luke and his wife even drove me home. During the engine replacement, he sent me pictures of the entire process and showed me that the person I bought the vehicle from had installed a used replacement engine, not a rebuilt one as I had been told. I cannot express my appreciation strongly enough. I am truly grateful to Luke and his wife for their kindness, honesty, knowledge, and fair treatment. They helped me at a very difficult time, and I will never forget it.

I gave them one star because there is no option for ZERO STARS!!! If you are choosing them because…read morethey are an authorized repair shop with your car's extended warranty (mine is through CarMax) please stop and explore your other options before you make the same mistake I did....unless you want your 17 year old daughter stranded in the middle of the road at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon...OUT OF TOWN....First off...let's talk about the 3 weeks they had the car to make some repairs...3 weeks due to having the wrong parts sent...of course they blamed some of that on the local Chrysler dealership.....so they fix everything that they said was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, but also recommended a coolant flush with my oil change ...$4900 (warranty covered $1400)...within the next 3 weeks the radiator hose has blown out on her on the 45 bypass....take the car back......they tell me that doesn't have anything to do with their previous work bc the hose was worn.....On my inspection sheet it shows "all hose in good condition " $367 and 5 days later ....because.....Yea you guessed it...that Chrysler dealership had them order the wrong parts AGAIN.......NOTHING IS EVER THEIR FAULT..... ONLY 2 hours after picking the car up from this second repair....i get a call from my daughter that the heat isn't working in the car now.....I call back the next morning and Brian tells me that yes it's possible it's not working due to their previous job so bring it in at my convenience........less than 72 hours after this is when her car completely shuts down in the middle of the road....OUT OF TOWN......I had the car towed to Christian brothers and my daughter tells me that the tow truck driver even made a comment about how many cars he has to take there bc they have messed up on the repairs...hmmm.......so Brian reaches out to me promptly after they open today (Monday morning) and I tell him what happens...he says he will call me after they push it into the bay and look at it.....I remind him that the heat wasn't working due to their previous repairs bc evidently there are no notes that said I called it in Wednesday morning...he also tries to gaslight me and say a technician said the check engine light was on when it left Tuesday....NO IT WAS NOT!!!.....so anyways we are now dealing with a busted radiator that was just in fine condition upon previous inspection......I had the car towed from Christian Brothers to my normal repair shop(who unfortunately doesn't use the Carmax warranty program) and guess what.....the second tow truck company that I used was not the least bit surprised to be towing a vehicle AWAY from this location. If you have made it this far reading my review Thank You!! I am hoping I can help anyone avoid going through this experience! I did tell the owner I would be giving them a bad review , also spreading the word on social media! I hope this helps some other single women not get taken advantage of by an owner and business that obviously doesn't care about their customer.....
